【摘要】：項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是項(xiàng)目管理的核心內(nèi)容之一。裝修工程由于具有較多的不確定因素,容易導(dǎo)致工程實(shí)際進(jìn)度與計(jì)劃進(jìn)度的偏差。裝修工程工期的延長(zhǎng),會(huì)對(duì)項(xiàng)目的投入產(chǎn)生較大的影響,進(jìn)而影響到經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的發(fā)揮。所以,對(duì)裝修項(xiàng)目實(shí)施有效的進(jìn)度管理是一個(gè)不可忽視的重要問(wèn)題。本文以BGXB公司碧云鉆石酒店公寓裝修項(xiàng)目為實(shí)際背景,圍繞裝修項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的理論方法,在對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行工作分解、活動(dòng)的時(shí)間估算基礎(chǔ)上,以項(xiàng)目管理軟件為工具,編制出項(xiàng)目總進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,并找出關(guān)鍵路線。結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際需求,在不影響工程質(zhì)量的前提下,提出了縮短關(guān)鍵路徑活動(dòng)啟動(dòng)時(shí)差和壓縮關(guān)鍵活動(dòng)單元持續(xù)時(shí)間,兩項(xiàng)可行的優(yōu)化方案,優(yōu)化完成了該項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。結(jié)合該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,分析了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度影響的因素并提出了對(duì)策措施,以確保最終實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制目標(biāo)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)BGXB公司碧云鉆石酒店公寓裝修項(xiàng)目實(shí)施進(jìn)度控制分析,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的相關(guān)理論,為裝修項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理提供一個(gè)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制、優(yōu)化和進(jìn)度控制的范例。本文側(cè)重于理論應(yīng)用于實(shí)際項(xiàng)目的研究,力圖將所學(xué)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理知識(shí)應(yīng)用到實(shí)際項(xiàng)目當(dāng)中,從最后得出的結(jié)論來(lái)看,本文中所提出的方法達(dá)到了預(yù)期的研究目的,期望本文對(duì)類似工程能夠提供一定的參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:Project management is one of the core content of project management of decoration engineering. Because of the uncertainty is high, easily lead to deviations of actual project progress and plan progress. Extending the period of renovation, which will affect investment in the project, which affects the economic benefits of play. Therefore, progress in the implementation of effective management the renovation project is an important problem that can not be ignored. This paper takes the BGXB company Diamond Court Pudong Hotel decoration project as a practical background, theory around the schedule control methods of renovation projects in the project work breakdown, estimated time of activity on the basis of the project management software as a tool to compile the project schedule, and find out the key route. Combined with the actual needs of the project, in the premise of not affecting the quality of the project, put forward to shorten the critical path activities start time and compression key activities Unit duration, two feasible optimization scheme, optimization of the completion of the project schedule. Combined with the actual situation of the project, analyzes the factors influence the progress of the project and puts forward the countermeasures and measures to ensure that the final implementation of the project schedule control target. Through the analysis of the progress of the implementation of the BGXB control Si Biyun Diamond Hotel apartment renovation project. Combined with the theory of project schedule control, to provide a plan for the renovation project schedule management, schedule control and optimization examples. This dissertation focuses on the theory applied in practical project, trying to learn the progress of the project management knowledge is applied to the real project, from the final conclusion, the proposed method in this paper the purpose of the study is achieved, hope this paper can provide a reference for similar projects.
