【摘要】：在發(fā)展中國家的城市快速擴張的背景下，文化建筑綜合體獲得迅猛發(fā)展。而在近二十年中，西方國家結(jié)合場所理論大力倡導(dǎo)以文化類公共建筑為主導(dǎo)的城市舊區(qū)復(fù)興運動。文化建筑綜合體作為多種文化功能復(fù)合的城市實體，其場所營造的研究具有一定的理論和實踐意義。文化建筑綜合體公共空間是集結(jié)各功能單元的交通、休閑及各功能單元衍生的附屬活動的空間，是文化建筑綜合體的本質(zhì)空間，其特性反映了文化建筑綜合體的整體氛圍。以文化建筑綜合體的公共空間作為場所營造的對象，可以準(zhǔn)確地把握文化建筑綜合體作為文化類公共建筑的特殊性。 本文主要包括三個部分：第一部分包括第一、二章，論述課題的研究背景與意義、研究對象、研究現(xiàn)狀，，提出研究方法和框架；結(jié)合理論研究闡釋文化建筑綜合體公共空間及其特性，提出場所營造的“三要素”——活動（Activity）、意義（image）、物質(zhì)屬性（form）及其理論模型，并強調(diào)了文化建筑綜合體對城市場所營造的觸媒作用。 第二部分為第三章，結(jié)合實地調(diào)研和相關(guān)理論，對文化建筑綜合體公共空間的“三要素”進行具體論述，并提出了其場所營造的內(nèi)涵，引出下文中具體的建構(gòu)策略。 第三部分為第四、五、六章，結(jié)合案例分析，分別從城市層面、建筑層面、細部層面提出文化建筑綜合體公共空間場所營造策略，其中城市層面強調(diào)在自然、歷史人文、城市場所中獲得場所特性的線索，從而在宏觀上把控公共空間的整體氛圍；建筑層面則強調(diào)文化建筑綜合體的“可達性”設(shè)計，并結(jié)合公共中心的結(jié)構(gòu)、形態(tài)和尺度提出中觀建構(gòu)策略；細部層面強調(diào)公共中心界面造型和意象，通過分析界面意象的構(gòu)成要素提出文化建筑綜合體公共空間微觀建構(gòu)技法。 本文首次結(jié)合場所營造對文化建筑綜合體公共空間進行研究，成果包含兩部分：一方面將場所營造的理論模型運用于文化建筑綜合體公共空間，提出“三要素”的具體表現(xiàn)形式，補充和完善文化建筑綜合體公共空間的理論。另一方面，結(jié)合案例具體分析建筑設(shè)計三個層面的內(nèi)容，提出具有一定實效性的建構(gòu)策略。
[Abstract]:The rapid expansion of the city in developing countries under the background of cultural complex to get rapid development. But in the past twenty years, the western countries with the theory of place and vigorously advocated cultural public buildings for the city's old district Renaissance. Leading cultural complex as many cultural functions of the city complex entity, has certain theoretical and practical significance study on the space construction of cultural complex building. Public space assembly is the functional unit of the traffic, leisure and functional activities of the subsidiary unit derived space, is the cultural complex in the nature of space, its characteristics reflect the overall atmosphere of cultural complex. The cultural building complex public space as a place to create objects. Can accurately grasp the cultural complex as special cultural buildings.
This paper mainly includes three parts: the first part includes first, second chapters, discusses the research background and significance, research object, research status, research methods and framework; combined with the theoretical research interpretation of cultural building complex public space and its characteristics, the place making "three elements" - activities (Activity), meaning (image) (form), material properties and the theoretical model, and emphasizes the catalytic effect of cultural building complex on the city space construction.
The second part is the third chapter. Combined with field research and related theories, the paper discusses the three elements of public space of cultural building complex, and puts forward the connotation of its place creation, and leads to the specific construction strategy in the following.
The third part is the fourth, fifth and six chapter, combined with case analysis, respectively from the city level, the construction level, the cultural building complex public space to create a detail level strategy, which emphasizes the city level in the natural, historical and cultural characteristics of the city, clues to get places places, so as to control the overall atmosphere of public space in the macro construction; the level emphasizes the cultural complex "reach" design, combined with the structure of the public center, put forward the construction strategy of meso scale patterns and detail level; emphasizing the public center interface shape and image, through the analysis of elements of cultural image interface building complex public space micro construction techniques.
For the first time with the place of cultural construction to create complex public space, the results contain two parts: on the one hand, the space construction of theoretical model applied to cultural building complex public space, the specific form of "three elements", to supplement and improve the public cultural space complex architectural theory. On the other hand, the design of the three level case analysis of the building of the combination of the content, put forward the construction strategy has a certain effectiveness.
