【摘要】:隨著社會的發(fā)展和科技的進(jìn)步,金融行業(yè)越來越依賴于數(shù)據(jù)處理來進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)行,對IT系統(tǒng)的依賴性也隨之增加。同時,為TI系統(tǒng)提供物理環(huán)境的數(shù)據(jù)中心也越來越重要。然而,災(zāi)難就像灰塵一樣伏擊在企業(yè)周圍,無法預(yù)知的設(shè)備損壞、斷電、火災(zāi)、自然災(zāi)害、恐怖襲擊等。因此,相關(guān)部門很早就提出了金融行業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)中心需做到“兩地三中心”,要求金融企業(yè)在現(xiàn)有的主生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)中心之外,還需建設(shè)一個同城災(zāi)備中心及一個異地災(zāi)備中心,以確保業(yè)務(wù)及重要信息的安全性、連續(xù)性及高可用性。本文則是以M銀行同城災(zāi)備中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為例,對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制進(jìn)行研究。進(jìn)度控制是項(xiàng)目管理中的重要內(nèi)容之一,也是工程成本、進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量三大目標(biāo)之一,對工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度實(shí)施有效的控制,使其順利達(dá)到預(yù)定目標(biāo),是工程項(xiàng)目管理的一項(xiàng)中心任務(wù)。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制工作的好壞直接影響到項(xiàng)目是否成功。項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制如果做得科學(xué)合理,那么會給企業(yè)帶來直接的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,同時也樹立了企業(yè)形象,為企業(yè)贏得口碑。相反,如果沒有做好項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制管理,除了項(xiàng)目失敗、工期延長、企業(yè)形象受損以外,還將會帶來一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,甚至是高額的經(jīng)濟(jì)賠償。因此,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制對整個項(xiàng)目起著非常重要的作用。此次災(zāi)備中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目是時間緊、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高且有一定難度的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。本文通過運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的科學(xué)理論對災(zāi)備中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目原始進(jìn)度進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),針對影響進(jìn)度的不利因素項(xiàng)目實(shí)施有效的進(jìn)度控制措施,對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度出現(xiàn)的偏差進(jìn)行糾正,并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目按期完工。驗(yàn)證了將項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制理論引入災(zāi)備中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)用性及可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, the financial industry is increasingly dependent on the data processing of business operation depends on IT system is also increased. At the same time, TI system provides the physical environment of the data center is more and more important. However, the disaster like dust like ambush in the surrounding businesses, unpredictable equipment damage, electricity, fire, natural disasters, terrorist attacks and so on. Therefore, the relevant departments have made the financial industry data center to do "three center" requirements of financial enterprises in the main production of the existing data center, also building a city disaster recovery center and a remote disaster recovery center, to to ensure the safety of business and important information, continuity and high availability. This article is based on the M Bank city disaster recovery center construction project as an example, the project schedule control is studied. The schedule control is in the project management One of the important contents, but also the project cost, schedule, quality is one of the three objectives, the implementation of effective control of the project schedule, it successfully achieves the predetermined goal is a central task of project management. Project schedule control work will directly affect the success of the project. The project schedule control if done scientifically so, will bring direct economic benefits to the enterprise, but also establish a corporate image, to win the reputation for the enterprise. On the contrary, if there is no good control of project schedule management, in addition to the failure of the project, the extension of time, the enterprise image, also will bring certain economic losses, and even high economic compensation. Therefore, the progress of the project control of the entire project plays a very important role. The disaster recovery center construction project time is tight, high standards and a certain degree of difficulty through the use of a construction project. Project schedule control theory of construction project schedule optimization design for the original disaster recovery center, according to the adverse factors affecting the progress of project implementation of effective control measures, the deviation of project progress to correct, and finally realize the project schedule. To verify the practicability and feasibility of the project schedule control theory into the disaster recovery center construction project.
