【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,城市化的進(jìn)度也不斷加快。大量人潮涌入城市,為城市的建設(shè)、發(fā)展帶來了源源不斷的動力的同時也為城市的發(fā)展帶來了挑戰(zhàn)。為了能夠充分利用有限的城市用地,為人們提供充足的居住、辦公以及休閑娛樂場所,高層、超高層建筑變成了不二之選。超高層建筑雖然在我國已經(jīng)有三十年的發(fā)展歷程,并且我國的超高層建筑擁有數(shù)量已經(jīng)在世界范圍內(nèi)名列前茅,但是我國目前只對高層建筑編著了設(shè)計規(guī)范,而對那些超高層建筑并未編著相應(yīng)的設(shè)計規(guī)范。因此每一座超高層建筑都需要針對其本身的特性進(jìn)行超限分析,并對結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性、抗震性、可靠性等性能進(jìn)行評估。本文主要敘述大連一超高層建筑的設(shè)計與超限分析過程。本工程為大連市某地一實際工程�？偨ㄖ娣e63500m2,地下部分三層地下室,地上部分：裙房四層總高17.5m；塔樓三十三層,結(jié)構(gòu)總高136m。結(jié)構(gòu)整體為框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),塔樓及下部延伸至基礎(chǔ)的框架柱以及小部分框架梁采用型鋼混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),其余大部分框架梁以及所有剪力墻和樓板均采用鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)構(gòu)塔樓采用“新月”形平面布局,結(jié)合其建筑功能區(qū)的劃分,結(jié)構(gòu)的平面布置不完全對稱。綜合工程所有設(shè)計信息,結(jié)構(gòu)主體在高度、平面規(guī)則性、以及高寬比等方面均超過了現(xiàn)行《高規(guī)》的要求。因此本工程在設(shè)計階段除了進(jìn)行常規(guī)設(shè)計以外還應(yīng)進(jìn)行超限分析。對于超高層建筑來說,超限分析主要工作就是對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行抗震性能分析。本文采用Satwe和Etabs兩種結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、計算軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)分別進(jìn)行多遇地震作用下彈性性能分析和罕遇地震作用下彈塑性性能分析。將計算所得主要的數(shù)據(jù)與圖像截取收錄文中,并進(jìn)行對比分析。最后按照兩種計算軟件的計算結(jié)果對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行包絡(luò)設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:With China's sustained and rapid economic development, city of progress is accelerating. A large number of people into the city, for the city's construction, development has brought Everfount power and challenges for the development of the city. In order to make full use of the city land, provide adequate housing for people, office and entertainment places, high-rise, high-rise building has become the best choice. Although the high-rise building in our country has developed for thirty years, and China has a number of high-rise building has been among the best in the world, but China is only for high-rise building, design specifications, and for those who did not compile the relevant design of high-rise building specification. So every super high-rise buildings need to be overrun according to the analysis of its own characteristics, and the safety of the structure, earthquake resistance, reliable performance. For evaluation. This paper mainly describes the design and analysis of a high-rise building in Dalian overrun process. This project is a practical project in Dalian city. The total construction area of 63500m2, the underground part three basement, ground part of annex four: 17.5m high tower; the thirty-three layer, the whole structure of 136m. high structure for frame shear wall the structure, the frame column and the lower tower extends to the base and a small part of the frame beam with steel reinforced concrete structure, most of the rest of the frame beam and all shear wall and slab adopts reinforced concrete structure. The structure of the tower of "new moon" shaped layout, combined with the division of the functional areas of the building, the layout of the structure is not completely symmetrical. All the comprehensive engineering design information, the main structure in height, rule of plane, and the ratio of height to width were more than the current "high regulation > requirements. This project in the design stage except Beyond the conventional design should also be overrun. Analysis for super high-rise buildings, the main work is to limit analysis of structure seismic performance analysis. This paper uses Satwe and Etabs two kinds of structural design, calculation software of structure were under frequent earthquake and elastic analysis under the rare earthquake elastic-plastic performance analysis. The calculated main data and image capture included in this paper were compared and analyzed. Finally, the structural design of the envelope is calculated in accordance with the two calculation results of the software.
