【摘要】：在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展"新常態(tài)"形勢下,船舶建造行業(yè)迎來了產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化、經(jīng)營國際化、經(jīng)濟(jì)服務(wù)化發(fā)展機(jī)遇,同時(shí)又面臨著換檔增速強(qiáng)動(dòng)力、調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)激活力、內(nèi)部改革挖潛力的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)與考驗(yàn)。本文按照"是什么、為什么、怎么辦"的思路,著力探討將目標(biāo)成本管理引入工時(shí)管理的手段、路徑和方式方法,為推進(jìn)船舶建造行業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供有力的理論與實(shí)踐支撐。
[Abstract]:In that "new normal" of economic development in our country, the shipbuilding industry of the ship usher in the opportunity of high-end industry, internationalization of operation and economic service, and at the same time it faces the serious challenge and test of the strong power of shift, the adjustment of the adjustment structure and the potential of internal reform. In this paper, what, why, what to do is to explore the means, paths and ways to introduce the target cost management into the man-hour management, and provide a powerful theory and practical support for the sustainable development of the ship construction industry.
