【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代的公司的管理中,員工的工資管理是其中的一個很重要的管理部分,如何能夠有效快捷的對公司的工資進(jìn)行管理直接影響到公司的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。所以現(xiàn)在對公司以及企事業(yè)單位的工資管理相當(dāng)?shù)闹匾暋倪M(jìn)入信息時代開始,越來越多的公司對于工資的管理都已經(jīng)變成電子信息模式,借助信息管理系統(tǒng)對工資進(jìn)行管理,這樣的新的管理系統(tǒng)促進(jìn)了工資的效率,方便了工資管理的方方面面。 鞍山市環(huán)保局工資管理信息系統(tǒng)中使用了ASP.NET3.0的技術(shù),并且網(wǎng)站的發(fā)布采用了IIS技術(shù)來完成。系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫采用SQL Server2008這個版本,整個網(wǎng)站的運(yùn)行在windows server服務(wù)器上。這個工資管理系統(tǒng)中主要包含六個模塊,分別是員工信息管理、工資項(xiàng)目信息管理、工資級別信息管理、工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信息管理、員工工資查詢管理、工資報(bào)管理。這個六個模塊可以完成對鞍山市環(huán)保局的日常的工資管理的全部任務(wù)。能夠更好的完善工資的管理業(yè)務(wù) 首先我們對鞍山市環(huán)保局的工資管理的業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的了解和分析,得到了詳盡的需求分析。之后又對具體的安全以及硬件等進(jìn)行了需求分析。根據(jù)具體的需求分析,我們對整個系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了模塊的劃分,完成了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。在得到了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)之后,我們實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng),并且部署在實(shí)踐中進(jìn)行了測試和檢驗(yàn),最終達(dá)到了理想的管理信息系統(tǒng)。 在進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的實(shí)踐適用和測試之后,鞍山市環(huán)保局工資管理信息系統(tǒng)可以完成我們預(yù)期的目標(biāo)。首先在日常工作中,能夠順利的完成工資管理的整個業(yè)務(wù)。不僅如此,而且這樣的電子信息化的管理可以提高效率,促進(jìn)更精確的管理。
[Abstract]:In the management of modern company, the salary management of employees is one of the very important management parts. how to manage the salary of the company effectively and quickly has a direct impact on the development and progress of the company. Therefore, now we attach great importance to the wage management of the company and enterprises and institutions. Since entering the information age, more and more companies have become electronic information mode for wage management. With the help of information management system, such a new management system promotes the efficiency of wages and facilitates all aspects of wage management. ASP.NET3.0 technology is used in the wage management information system of Anshan Environmental Protection Bureau, and IIS technology is used to publish the website. The database of the system adopts the version of SQL Server2008, and the whole website runs on the windows server. This wage management system mainly includes six modules, namely, employee information management, wage project information management, wage level information management, wage standard information management, employee wage inquiry management, wage report management. This six modules can complete all the tasks of daily wage management of Anshan Environmental Protection Bureau. First of all, we have a detailed understanding and analysis of the salary management business of Anshan Environmental Protection Bureau, and get a detailed demand analysis. Then the specific security and hardware requirements are analyzed. According to the specific requirement analysis, we divide the whole system into modules and complete the design of the system. After getting the design of the system, we implement the system, and deploy it to test and test in practice, and finally achieve the ideal management information system. After detailed practical application and testing, Anshan Environmental Protection Bureau wage Management Information system can achieve our expected goals. First of all, in the daily work, can successfully complete the whole business of wage management. Not only that, but also such electronic information management can improve efficiency and promote more accurate management.
