【摘要】：我國股權(quán)眾籌目前面臨的最大挑戰(zhàn)是信息風險和信任風險,為了解決這一問題,"私人董事會+領(lǐng)投+跟投"這一創(chuàng)新模式的引入為眾籌的安全性提供了一定保障.實現(xiàn)項目發(fā)起人的項目創(chuàng)意保護、眾籌平臺監(jiān)管透明、投資人信息和支付安全的信用保障,涉及到操作、融資透明度、資金管控、信息和支付安全.本文嘗試以我國股權(quán)眾籌創(chuàng)新的"私人董事會+領(lǐng)投+跟投"機制為基礎(chǔ),探討基于私人董事會的股權(quán)眾籌模型在博弈理論中的實際應用.
[Abstract]:The biggest challenge facing crowdfunding in China is information risk and trust risk. In order to solve this problem, the introduction of the innovative model of "Private Board of Directors leading and investing" provides a certain guarantee for the safety of crowdfunding, and realizes the project originator's creative protection and transparent supervision of crowdfunding platform. The credit guarantee of investor information and payment security involves operation, financing transparency, capital control, information and payment security. This paper discusses the practical application of the private board of directors model in the game theory.
