價(jià)值工程在工程項(xiàng)目成本控制中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的生產(chǎn)是一個(gè)耗時(shí)長(zhǎng)、影響因素多、技術(shù)復(fù)雜、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大的過程,這些特征給工程項(xiàng)目的施工成本帶來較大的控制難度。當(dāng)前我國(guó)的施工單位在成本控制管理方面還有較大的不足,施工單位對(duì)價(jià)值工程的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)不強(qiáng),至今還未形成一個(gè)較為系統(tǒng)、方便操作的施工成本管理系統(tǒng)。價(jià)值工程作為一門將經(jīng)濟(jì)與技術(shù)管理綜合而成的先進(jìn)方法,能夠較好的保證施工單位對(duì)成本的管控,對(duì)施工全過程具有較大的作用。價(jià)值工程方法有利于工程施工單位節(jié)約施工成本,避免不必要的資源浪費(fèi),提高材料等資源的利用效率,優(yōu)化比選方案,使施工單位的整體收益得到保障。因此應(yīng)施工單位加強(qiáng)對(duì)價(jià)值工程方法的運(yùn)用,有助于提升施工單位的建筑產(chǎn)品價(jià)值,形成單位的主要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,有利于國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的提高,并有利于走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路。因我國(guó)對(duì)價(jià)值工程技術(shù)的研究比較晚,且施工單位將價(jià)值工程方法應(yīng)用于具體的施工單位還剛起步,至今仍未被整個(gè)行業(yè)廣泛采用。為了使整個(gè)建筑行業(yè)對(duì)該項(xiàng)綜合技術(shù)更加深入的了解,使各個(gè)公司能夠主動(dòng)的采用價(jià)值工程方法。因此非常有必要通過一定的實(shí)踐過程與理論形成一個(gè)較為系統(tǒng)的價(jià)值工程管控系統(tǒng),從而增強(qiáng)施工單位的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。本文在基于施工成本控制以及價(jià)值工程理論研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)較為系統(tǒng)的使用過程價(jià)值分析管理方法系統(tǒng)。指出具體的研究對(duì)象的確定方法以及價(jià)值分析方法的運(yùn)用步驟,研究了價(jià)值工程在建筑材料以及施工組織設(shè)計(jì)中的具體應(yīng)用程序,為工程項(xiàng)目的施工的主要環(huán)節(jié)提供了合理的決策依據(jù),以達(dá)到提高成本管理的目的。
[Abstract]:The production of construction projects is a process that takes a long time, has many influencing factors, is complicated in technology, and is risky. These characteristics bring great difficulty to control the construction cost of the project. At present, the construction units in our country still have some shortcomings in the cost control management, and the construction units have not strong innovative consciousness of the value engineering. Up to now, a more systematic and convenient construction cost management system has not been formed. As an advanced method of integrating economic and technical management, value engineering can better ensure the cost control of construction units. The method of value engineering can save the construction cost, avoid unnecessary waste of resources, improve the utilization efficiency of resources such as materials, and optimize the scheme of comparison and selection. Therefore, it is necessary for the construction unit to strengthen the application of the value engineering method, to promote the value of the construction products of the construction unit, to form the main competitive power of the unit, and to improve the national economic benefit. Because the research on value engineering technology in our country is late, and the value engineering method is applied to the concrete construction unit by the construction unit, it is still in its infancy. Still not widely used by the whole industry. In order to give the whole construction industry a better understanding of the integrated technology, Therefore, it is very necessary to form a systematic value engineering control system through certain practice process and theory. In order to enhance the overall competitive ability of the construction units, this paper based on the construction cost control and value engineering theory research on the basis of, In this paper, a systematic management system of value analysis in the process of use is constructed, and the method of determining the specific object of study and the steps of applying the method of value analysis are pointed out. The application program of value engineering in construction materials and construction organization design is studied, which provides a reasonable decision basis for the main links of the construction of engineering projects, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the cost management.
