【摘要】：對(duì)鋼鐵企業(yè)盈利模式進(jìn)行了功能分解,闡述了鋼鐵企業(yè)的盈利模式:基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、基于服務(wù)商、基于全球視野的國(guó)際化、基于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸、基于能源轉(zhuǎn)換和資源再利用、基于無(wú)邊界企業(yè)6種類型。同時(shí),對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)4家代表特鋼企業(yè)盈利模式及能力進(jìn)行了具體分析,并進(jìn)行了盈利模式各維度的比較。為促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)特鋼企業(yè)發(fā)展,提高企業(yè)盈利能力提供參考。
[Abstract]:The profit model of iron and steel enterprise is decomposed, and the profit model of iron and steel enterprise is expounded: based on technological innovation, based on service provider, based on the internationalization of global vision, and based on the extension of industry chain. Based on energy conversion and resource reuse, there are six types of enterprises without boundary. At the same time, the profit model and ability of four representative special steel enterprises in China are analyzed in detail. The comparison of each dimension of profit model is carried out in order to promote the development of domestic special steel enterprises and improve the profitability of enterprises.

【正文快照】： 特鋼是鋼鐵的分支,從國(guó)外發(fā)展歷史看,普鋼產(chǎn)量和消費(fèi)達(dá)到高點(diǎn)之后的5~10年,特鋼會(huì)有較快的發(fā)展。根據(jù)國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的經(jīng)驗(yàn),已完成工業(yè)化國(guó)家的特鋼產(chǎn)量占粗鋼總產(chǎn)量的平均比例為18%,其中日本18.9%、德國(guó)25.3%、歐盟16.4%。相對(duì)而言,我國(guó)特鋼產(chǎn)量占比與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比還有一定差距
