A銀行貴州分行國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)和進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的迅速發(fā)展,外貿(mào)企業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資的需求日益增加,這就為銀行發(fā)展貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)提供了巨大的空間。與此同時(shí),隨著商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),加快發(fā)展國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)已成為提高銀行整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和盈利水平的重要手段,該項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)達(dá)程度已被視為銀行國(guó)際化、現(xiàn)代化的重要標(biāo)志。因此,大力發(fā)展國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)不論是對(duì)銀行還是對(duì)企業(yè)均有著重大的意義。近年來,中國(guó)的對(duì)外貿(mào)易以驚人的速度發(fā)展。貴州省在國(guó)家和省政府有利政策的大力支持下,加大招商引資力度,努力改善投資環(huán)境,使貴州經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)加速發(fā)展的新階段,對(duì)外貿(mào)易開始大幅增長(zhǎng)。2012年外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口總額突破60億美元大關(guān),增速居全國(guó)第四位。2014年,一批如富士康等大型企業(yè)即將進(jìn)駐貴州,幾個(gè)保稅區(qū)即將成立,對(duì)貴州省的對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展必將起到極大的促進(jìn)作用,目前階段是貴州省大力發(fā)展對(duì)外貿(mào)易的最佳時(shí)機(jī)。 然而長(zhǎng)期以來,由于A銀行貴州分行對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)重視程度不夠,重本幣業(yè)務(wù)輕外幣業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念嚴(yán)重制約了貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展。和其他業(yè)務(wù)相比,該行國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展嚴(yán)重滯后,面臨著資源配置不夠、營(yíng)銷不力、產(chǎn)品陳舊單一無競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和相關(guān)專業(yè)人員缺乏等困難和問題。A銀行貴州分行的國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)在全國(guó)A銀行系統(tǒng)內(nèi)和貴州省內(nèi)四大國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行中的市場(chǎng)份額均偏低,排名落后。2012年,該行貿(mào)易融資貸款余額僅為9364萬美元,還未占到全行各項(xiàng)貸款的1%,與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家20%的比重相比還相差甚遠(yuǎn);而貿(mào)易融資手續(xù)費(fèi)收入僅占全行中間業(yè)務(wù)收入的1.5%,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于系統(tǒng)內(nèi)其他省級(jí)分行。2013年十幾家股份制商業(yè)銀行進(jìn)駐貴州,改變了原來由四大國(guó)有銀行瓜分全省貿(mào)易融資市場(chǎng)的格局,行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)變得更加激烈,在“內(nèi)外夾擊”的形勢(shì)下,如何解決上述問題、加快國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資的發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為A銀行貴州分行面臨的一個(gè)重要課題。 面對(duì)日益開放的外部市場(chǎng)和日益激烈的同業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),A銀行貴州分行如何穩(wěn)健的發(fā)展國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù),將是影響其未來能否實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的重要因素之一。A銀行貴州分行如不借此機(jī)遇及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)換觀念,積極調(diào)整對(duì)策,重新進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)分割,大力發(fā)展國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù),勢(shì)必將徹底被邊緣化,這也有悖于A銀行總行的國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)理念。 基于此,本文以A銀行貴州分行國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資對(duì)策問題為研究視角,在筆者多年實(shí)際管理工作的基礎(chǔ)上,采用理論分析和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,首先從宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)金融環(huán)境以及政策支持等方面入手,分析了目前貴州省大力發(fā)展國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資的有利條件,接著用系統(tǒng)內(nèi)和同業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比闡述了A銀行貴州分行在國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)上存在著客戶基礎(chǔ)薄弱、市場(chǎng)份額低下、業(yè)務(wù)收益低和管理不到位等問題,并對(duì)產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的分析,最后針對(duì)問題的成因,從總體業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展思路和具體管理措施上提出了相關(guān)對(duì)策。 全文共分為六章: 第一章是選題的背景和意義以及國(guó)內(nèi)外國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資的研究現(xiàn)狀; 第二章是國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)綜述性介紹,包括國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資定義、特點(diǎn)、重要作用及基本產(chǎn)品類型; 第三章在與省內(nèi)其他國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行及系統(tǒng)內(nèi)西南幾省分行的比較基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)A銀行貴州分行貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及問題原因進(jìn)行了分析; 第四章是A銀行貴州分行發(fā)展國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)面臨的政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)金融環(huán)境,并運(yùn)用PEST分析和營(yíng)銷學(xué)SWOT模型將宏觀大環(huán)境和機(jī)遇、威脅、優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析; 第五章在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出了A銀行貴州分行貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的相關(guān)對(duì)策和建議; 第六章是A銀行貴州分行發(fā)展國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資的總體研究結(jié)論。 筆者長(zhǎng)期在A銀行貴州分行從事國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)工作,對(duì)貴州省商業(yè)銀行的國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資情況較為熟悉,經(jīng)歷了該行國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)從無到有的發(fā)展過程,也清楚地看到了存在的問題,因此在理論和實(shí)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上提出了相關(guān)的發(fā)展措施,在一定程度上會(huì)對(duì)該行的發(fā)展起到積極的推動(dòng)作用。但由于各行數(shù)據(jù)保密的原因,未能找到更為詳細(xì)的數(shù)據(jù),阻礙了筆者更進(jìn)一步深入地對(duì)A銀行貴州分行和他行進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,導(dǎo)致文章的研究深度不夠,說服力度不強(qiáng),這成為了本文的不足之一。再次,由于貴州省外貿(mào)客戶需求層次的局限性,導(dǎo)致了一些貿(mào)易融資創(chuàng)新的推廣難度,因此本文在創(chuàng)新方面的相關(guān)建議較少涉及。最后由于筆者理論水平及時(shí)間有限,其他的缺陷和錯(cuò)漏將在今后的研究中努力去彌補(bǔ)和消除,歡迎各位老師不吝賜教,予以斧正。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of China's economy and the rapid development of import and export trade, the demand of foreign trade enterprises to finance international trade is increasing, which provides great space for the development of trade finance in the bank. At the same time, with the promotion of the internationalization process of the commercial bank, the development of the international trade finance business has become an important means to improve the overall competitiveness and profitability of the bank, and the developed degree of the business has been regarded as an important symbol of the internationalization and modernization of the bank. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop the international trade finance business either to the bank or to the enterprise. In recent years, China's foreign trade has developed at an alarming rate. With the strong support of the favorable policies of the state and the provincial government, Guizhou Province, with the support of the favorable policies of the state and the provincial government, made efforts to improve the investment environment, and made the economy of Guizhou entered a new stage of accelerated development, and the foreign trade began to increase substantially. The total import and export of foreign trade in 2012 exceeded the level of $6 billion, In 2014, a group of large-scale enterprises, such as Foxconn, are about to enter Guizhou. Several bonded areas are about to be established, and the development of foreign trade in Guizhou will play a very important role. The current stage is the best time to develop foreign trade in Guizhou. However, for a long time, because of the insufficient attention of the Bank of Guizhou Branch to the international trade financing, the business philosophy of the light foreign currency business in the local currency has seriously restricted the development of the trade financing business. Compared with other businesses, the development of the international trade financing business of the bank is lagging behind, facing difficulties and questions such as inadequate resource allocation, poor marketing, obsolete single product, lack of competitiveness and the lack of relevant professional staff The market share of the international trade finance business of Bank of Guizhou Branch in the national A banking system and in the four state-owned commercial banks in Guizhou Province is low and the ranking is lagging behind. In 2012, the balance of the bank's trade financing loans was only US $96.4 million, and it did not account for all the loans of the whole bank. %, which is far from that of the 20% of the developed countries, and the trade financing fee income is only 1.5% of the middle business income of the whole line, which is far behind the other provincial branches in the system. In the situation of "internal and external competition", how to solve the above-mentioned problems and to speed up the development of international trade financing has become an important lesson for the Bank of Guizhou Branch In the face of the increasingly open external market and the increasingly fierce competition of the competition, how to develop the international trade finance business in a healthy way by the Bank of Guizhou Branch will be an important cause of the future to realize the strategic objective A bank of Guizhou Branch, such as the Bank of Guizhou, has no opportunity to change the concept in time, actively adjust the countermeasure, re-start the market segmentation, and vigorously develop the international trade finance business, it will be completely marginalized, which is also against the internationalization of the head office of Bank A. On the basis of this, this paper, based on the problem of the international trade finance of Bank of Guizhou Branch of Bank of China as the research perspective, based on the author's multi-year practical management, adopts the combination of the theoretical analysis and the empirical study, first from the macro-economic financial environment and the policy support This paper analyses the favorable conditions for developing international trade finance in Guizhou province, and then compares with the intra-and inter-bank data in this paper. In this paper, the weak base of the customer, the low market share, the low operating income and the management of the branch of Guizhou Branch of Bank of Guizhou in the international trade financing are discussed in the paper. Relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the development of trade finance business; Chapter VI is A-bank Guizhou Branch develops the overall research conclusion of international trade finance. The author has been engaged in the international business work in Guizhou Branch of Bank of Guizhou for a long time, and is familiar with the international trade finance of the commercial bank in Guizhou, and has experienced the international trade finance business of the bank. Without the development process, the existing problems are clearly seen, and the relevant development measures are put forward on the basis of theory and practice. To some extent, it will play a positive role in the development of the bank. However, due to the confidentiality of the data of each line, the author has failed to find the more detailed data, which hindered the author's further in-depth analysis of the Bank's Guizhou Branch and other lines, resulting in the research depth of the article. Not enough, the persuasion is not strong, which has become one of the shortcomings of this article. Again, due to the limitation of the demand level of the foreign trade customers in Guizhou, some trade financing innovation has been promoted. In the end, due to the limited level and time of the author, the other defects and omissions will work in the future research.
