【摘要】：構(gòu)建區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)體系和促進(jìn)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),需要建立起完善的區(qū)域金融體系。在黃河三角洲開發(fā)的大背景下,從充分發(fā)揮金融資源配置作用,推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與升級(jí),和保證區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展可持續(xù)性的角度出發(fā),必須重新構(gòu)建與黃河三角洲區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的金融體系�；诮鹑诠δ苡^的視角,黃河三角洲區(qū)域金融體系的構(gòu)建,應(yīng)以區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為導(dǎo)向,制定金融體系戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo);以服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)為宗旨,優(yōu)化金融生態(tài)環(huán)境;以合理配置資源為目標(biāo),完善金融體系結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:In order to construct the regional economic system and promote the upgrading of the regional industrial structure, it is necessary to establish a perfect regional financial system. Under the background of the development of the Yellow River Delta, from the point of view of giving full play to the role of financial resources allocation, promoting the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, and ensuring the sustainability of regional economic development, it is necessary to reconstruct the financial system suitable for the regional economic development of the Yellow River Delta. From the perspective of financial function view, the construction of regional financial system in the Yellow River Delta should be guided by regional economic development, formulate the strategic objectives of financial system, serve the economy as the purpose, optimize the financial ecological environment, and perfect the financial system structure with the goal of rational allocation of resources.
