基于商業(yè)銀行資本管理辦法的招商銀行信用風(fēng)險管理研究

【摘要】:摘要:目前,中國的經(jīng)濟正處于轉(zhuǎn)型升級的重要時刻,銀行業(yè)經(jīng)營環(huán)境面臨著重大改變:金融脫媒的現(xiàn)象越來越嚴(yán)重,銀行業(yè)務(wù)同質(zhì)化的情況一直得不到改善,利率市場化的腳步越來越近等等,這些都給中國的銀行業(yè)帶來了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。面對這樣的情況,銀行在大力發(fā)展本行業(yè)務(wù)的同時,風(fēng)險防范就顯得尤為重要了,其中,信用風(fēng)險的防范更是重中之重。 本文采用理論與實際分析相結(jié)合的方法,在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合中國銀監(jiān)會最新頒布的《商業(yè)銀行資本管理辦法(試行)》的相關(guān)要求和招商銀行信用風(fēng)險管理的實際情況,通過對招商銀行信用風(fēng)險管理的現(xiàn)狀分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)招商銀行的信貸資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量良好,一直以來積極地防范與控制信用風(fēng)險。但同時也存在著一些問題,如信貸資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理及不良貸款、不良貸款率“雙升”等等。在此情況下,為找到提高招商銀行信用風(fēng)險管理水平的建議與對策,將對招商銀行與國內(nèi)其他商業(yè)銀行的信用風(fēng)險管理情況進行比較與評價,因為這些銀行都是在學(xué)習(xí)國外活躍銀行先進管理方式的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合自身情況開發(fā)的信用風(fēng)險管理模式,因此,可以通過對比,揚長避短。 通過上面的分析與研究,為了使招商銀行更加有效地落實《商業(yè)銀行資本管理辦法(試行)》的相關(guān)要求,本文提出了大力弘揚五大風(fēng)險理念、積極改善銀行內(nèi)部管理體系、持續(xù)推進招商銀行授信審批改革、重點強化貸后監(jiān)控和進一步完善《資本管理辦法》的其他相關(guān)要求五大對策建議,希望能夠全面、有效地提高招商銀行信用風(fēng)險管理水平。圖20幅,表24張,參考文獻64篇
[Abstract]:Absrtact: at present, China's economy is in an important moment of transformation and upgrading, and the banking business environment is facing major changes: the phenomenon of financial disintermediation is becoming more and more serious, and the situation of homogenization of banking business has not been improved. The pace of interest rate marketization is getting closer and so on, which brings great challenges to China's banking industry. Faced with such a situation, banks develop their business vigorously, risk prevention is particularly important, among which, credit risk prevention is the most important. This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice, and summarizes the related research results at home and abroad. Combined with the relevant requirements of the newly promulgated measures on Capital Management of Commercial Banks by the China Banking Regulatory Commission and the actual situation of credit risk management of China Merchants Bank, this paper analyzes the current situation of credit risk management of China Merchants Bank. It is found that China Merchants Bank has good credit quality and has been actively preventing and controlling credit risk. But there are also some problems, such as irrational structure of credit assets and non-performing loans, non-performing loan rate and so on. In this case, in order to find suggestions and countermeasures to improve the credit risk management level of China Merchants Bank, the credit risk management situation of China Merchants Bank and other domestic commercial banks will be compared and evaluated. Because these banks are on the basis of studying the advanced management methods of foreign active banks and combining with their own situation, they can develop the credit risk management mode, therefore, they can take advantage of the advantages and avoid the weaknesses through comparison. Through the above analysis and research, in order to make China Merchants Bank more effectively implement the relevant requirements of the Capital Management measures of Commercial Banks (trial), this paper puts forward five risk concepts to actively improve the internal management system of banks. It is hoped that the credit risk management level of China Merchants Bank can be improved comprehensively and effectively by continuously promoting the credit approval reform of China Merchants Bank, emphasizing on strengthening the supervision after lending and further improving the other relevant requirements of the Capital Management measures. 20 figures, 24 tables, 64 references
