【摘要】：正借鑒吸收國際經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國金融統(tǒng)計的現(xiàn)狀和金融業(yè)發(fā)展變化的趨勢演變,我國貨幣供應(yīng)量統(tǒng)計與監(jiān)測也需要及時的修訂與完善。要根據(jù)貨幣信用創(chuàng)造主體的變化,適時納入新的信用主體、防止信用主體游離在統(tǒng)計監(jiān)測和調(diào)控之外。如貨幣市場基金具有信用創(chuàng)造的功能,在歐美國家早已納入貨幣供應(yīng)量的統(tǒng)計范圍。近年來,我國的貨幣市場基金發(fā)展迅速,已成為金融市場的重要組成部分,應(yīng)將其納入貨幣供應(yīng)量統(tǒng)計范圍。擴(kuò)大貨幣的持有主體。如要根據(jù)地方政府的行為特點(diǎn),將其視為一般公眾持有主體。要建立健全境外主體持有人民幣的統(tǒng)計,及時準(zhǔn)確把
