宏源證券股份有限公司經紀業(yè)務發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:作為傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務的證券經紀業(yè)務,長期以來一直是證券公司的主營業(yè)務,經過近25年的發(fā)展,經紀業(yè)務為我國券商帶來豐厚的收入和利潤。但是隨著近些年來證券行業(yè)所處內外部環(huán)境的變化,使得曾經處于壟斷地位的證券業(yè)經紀業(yè)務競爭日漸激烈,曾經的高傭金收入大幅下降,昔日的風光不再,種種現(xiàn)象為證券公司經紀業(yè)務的發(fā)展提出嚴格的挑戰(zhàn)。本文通過對國內外證券公司經紀業(yè)務發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的比較分析,以宏源證券公司經紀業(yè)務為主,利用SWOT分析模型理論知識,對宏源證券經紀業(yè)務在發(fā)展過程中存在的問題及產生的原因進行分析,提出了宏源證券經紀業(yè)務的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略:改變之前的經營理念和態(tài)度,做到由“坐商”向“行商”的轉型;加強自身人才隊伍建設和增強資本實力,提高對經紀業(yè)務的重視程度,加快經紀業(yè)務創(chuàng)新發(fā)展;建立健全宏源證券經紀業(yè)務服務運營體系,根據(jù)客戶類別,為客戶提供差異化細致化的相關服務,建立“以客戶為中心”的服務體系,從而提高客戶數(shù)量,實現(xiàn)資產的增值;加強與金融等其他相關聯(lián)企業(yè)的合作,拓展經紀業(yè)務渠道,加強互惠,從而提高宏源證券經紀業(yè)務自身的優(yōu)勢和競爭實力。
[Abstract]:As a traditional business, securities brokerage has been the main business of securities companies for a long time. After nearly 25 years of development, the brokerage business has brought a lot of income and profits to the securities companies in China. However, with the changes of the internal and external environment of the securities industry in recent years, the securities brokerage business which was once in a monopoly position has become competitive. With the increasing intensity, the once high commission income has declined sharply, and the past scenery is no longer the same. All kinds of phenomena pose strict challenges to the development of brokerage business of securities companies. This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes in the development of source securities brokerage business, and puts forward the development strategy of Hongyuan securities brokerage business: changing the previous management concepts and attitudes, achieving the transformation from "sitting in business" to "doing business"; strengthening the construction of their own talent team and strengthening capital strength, and enhancing the attention to brokerage business. We should speed up the innovation and development of brokerage business, establish and improve the service operation system of Hongyuan Securities Brokerage business, provide differentiated and meticulous related services to customers according to the types of customers, and establish a "customer-centered" service system so as to increase the number of customers and realize the value-added of assets, and strengthen the combination with other related enterprises such as finance. To expand the channels of brokerage business and strengthen reciprocity, so as to improve the advantages and competitive strength of Hongyuan securities brokerage business.
