【摘要】：世界范圍內(nèi)由磁條卡向IC卡遷移的國(guó)家和地區(qū)已超過(guò)30個(gè),發(fā)行金融IC卡約10億張,經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明,加載多行業(yè)應(yīng)用,是銀行卡芯片化產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的重要標(biāo)志。因此,商業(yè)銀行要清晰規(guī)劃本行銀行卡產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的戰(zhàn)略和策略,大力推進(jìn)金融IC卡的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,積極探索行業(yè)應(yīng)用模式,并盡力尋求國(guó)家的政策支持,從而在銀行卡芯片化時(shí)代的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占據(jù)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:More than 30 countries and regions have migrated from magnetic stripe cards to IC cards in the world, and about 1 billion financial IC cards have been issued. Experience shows that loading multi-industry applications is an important symbol of upgrading the chip industry of bank cards. Therefore, commercial banks should clearly plan the strategy and strategy for upgrading their bank card industry, vigorously promote the innovation of financial IC card products, actively explore the industry application model, and do their best to seek state policy support. Thus in the banking card chip era of fierce competition to occupy an advantage.
