【摘要】:近些年來(lái),現(xiàn)代移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)發(fā)展很快,整個(gè)通信行業(yè)的發(fā)展速度可謂是日新月異,在它的影響之下,移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)市場(chǎng)逐漸確立下來(lái),發(fā)展前景十分遠(yuǎn)大。移動(dòng)應(yīng)用具有無(wú)可比擬的優(yōu)點(diǎn),如覆蓋范圍廣,具有很強(qiáng)的便利性等,因此在全世界都比較盛行,也正是因?yàn)槿绱?移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)成為電子商務(wù)模式的最重要組成部分。從全世界的金融發(fā)展演變過(guò)程來(lái)看,金融創(chuàng)新貫穿始終,金融創(chuàng)新有利于全世界金融業(yè)的發(fā)展,也直接關(guān)系著經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的提升速度,所以它對(duì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響是重大而深遠(yuǎn)的。美國(guó)次貸危機(jī)是金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)的導(dǎo)火索,但從實(shí)質(zhì)來(lái)看,金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā)是在金融衍生品創(chuàng)新過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的,由于過(guò)度使用了金融杠桿,之后對(duì)整個(gè)金融市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)生影響,使全球?qū)嶓w經(jīng)濟(jì)都受到不同程度的破壞。所以,金融創(chuàng)新是一把雙刃劍,它一方面能夠促進(jìn)金融發(fā)展、提升經(jīng)濟(jì)水平,但是從另一方面來(lái)看,它擴(kuò)大了金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn),無(wú)論是金融機(jī)構(gòu)還是實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)都會(huì)加大。金融創(chuàng)新使金融市場(chǎng)上的產(chǎn)品更加多樣化,有力地推動(dòng)了經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,但是它也使金融市場(chǎng)更加難于監(jiān)管,為金融體系,乃至整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域帶來(lái)前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。如果金融產(chǎn)品與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)不相吻合,過(guò)于創(chuàng)新,金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)就會(huì)出現(xiàn),金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)出現(xiàn)之后,在杠桿作用的巨大影響之下,所產(chǎn)生的不利后果就會(huì)以幾何級(jí)數(shù)的形態(tài)被迅速擴(kuò)大,整個(gè)銀行系統(tǒng)會(huì)遭受巨大的損失,同時(shí)也會(huì)迅速對(duì)其他領(lǐng)域中的企業(yè)產(chǎn)生影響,甚至出現(xiàn)金融危機(jī)。 盡管金融創(chuàng)新可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn),可是并不能終止金融創(chuàng)新,因?yàn)槿蚪?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的未來(lái)方向是經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化,而實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的推動(dòng)力量就是金融國(guó)際化。自我國(guó)成為WTO的成員國(guó)之后,國(guó)內(nèi)的銀行領(lǐng)域與國(guó)際開(kāi)始趨向一致,要接受國(guó)家化得通行規(guī)則,這一點(diǎn)與金融全球化的趨勢(shì)一致。當(dāng)前,外資銀行涌入我國(guó),紛紛在我國(guó)成立分行,希望在中國(guó)的金融領(lǐng)域分得一杯羹,這就導(dǎo)致我國(guó)的國(guó)內(nèi)銀行遭遇了前所未有的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。在這種條件下,國(guó)內(nèi)銀行必須要加快產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的步伐,這是求得自身生存和發(fā)展的必由之路。 如今,我國(guó)的金融環(huán)境與之前相比也出現(xiàn)了很大的變化,企業(yè)或者消費(fèi)者所需要的金融產(chǎn)品的種類不斷增多,也日益復(fù)雜,這就導(dǎo)致先前傳統(tǒng)的金融產(chǎn)品與現(xiàn)實(shí)需求不相符。正是因?yàn)槠髽I(yè)或者消費(fèi)者對(duì)金融產(chǎn)品的需求越來(lái)越多樣化,越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,所以與企業(yè)或者消費(fèi)者的具體需求相配套的產(chǎn)品更具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)?傊,在當(dāng)前激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,國(guó)內(nèi)銀行要想在市場(chǎng)中提高自己的地位,必須加快產(chǎn)品,尤其是移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新步伐。 商業(yè)銀行是組成我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)金融體系的主要因素。本文的研究重點(diǎn)放在了移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)在商業(yè)銀行金融服務(wù)創(chuàng)新中的應(yīng)用上,本文所述的金融服務(wù)創(chuàng)新,主要是集中在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新層面中由于電信和網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊技術(shù)的發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的新興的金融服務(wù)模式與交易模式。 本文在明確了相關(guān)概念和理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)于移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)和移動(dòng)金融服務(wù)的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀作了簡(jiǎn)要的分析。在確定了兩者之間相互影響的關(guān)系之后,就我國(guó)的具體國(guó)情提出了具體可行的移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)在商業(yè)銀行金融服務(wù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展方案,將移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)中商業(yè)銀行金融服務(wù)的具體方式按功能劃分類別,分別進(jìn)行了深入研究。最后,又對(duì)商業(yè)銀行金融服務(wù)在移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)中的發(fā)展所面臨的障礙和問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, modern mobile communication technology has developed rapidly, and the development speed of the whole communication industry is changing with each passing day. Under its influence, the mobile e-commerce market is gradually established and has a great prospect. Mobile applications have unparalleled advantages, such as the wide coverage and strong convenience, and so on. Because of this, mobile e-commerce has become the most important part of the e-business model. From the evolution of the world's financial development, financial innovation runs through all the time. Financial innovation is conducive to the development of the world financial industry, and it is directly related to the speed of the economic level, so it is to the global economy. The impact of the United States subprime crisis is the fuse of the financial crisis, but in essence, the outbreak of the financial crisis is in the process of financial derivatives innovation, due to the excessive use of financial leverage and the impact on the whole financial market, so that the global real economy is damaged in varying degrees. Therefore, financial innovation is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it can promote financial development and improve the economic level, but on the other hand, it expands the financial risk. Both the financial institutions and the real economy will increase the risks. The financial innovation makes the products in the financial market more diversified and powerfully promote the economic development. But it also makes the financial market more difficult to supervise and bring unprecedented challenges to the financial system and even the whole economic field. If financial products do not match the real economy, too much innovation, financial risks will emerge. After the emergence of financial risks, the adverse consequences of leverage will be caused by the great impact. The shape of the geometric series is rapidly expanded, the entire banking system will suffer huge losses, and it will also have an impact on the enterprises in other fields and even the financial crisis.
Although financial innovation may lead to financial risks, financial innovation can not be terminated, because the future direction of the global economic development is economic globalization, and the driving force for economic globalization is financial internationalization. After China becomes a member of the WTO, domestic banking sector is in line with the international community and is accepted. At present, foreign banks are pouring into our country and set up branches in our country, hoping to get a cup of soup in China's financial field, which leads to an unprecedented challenge to domestic banks in China. Under this condition, domestic banks must speed up the creation of products. The new step is the only way to survive and develop.
Nowadays, the financial environment in our country has changed much more than before, and the types of financial products that the enterprises or consumers need are increasing and increasingly complex, which leads to the fact that the traditional financial products are not consistent with the actual needs. The more complex it is, the products that match the specific needs of the enterprises or consumers are more competitive. In a word, in the current fierce market competition, the domestic banks, in order to improve their position in the market, must speed up the innovation of products, especially the mobile e-commerce products.
Commercial banks are the main factors that constitute the domestic financial system in China. The focus of this paper is on the application of mobile e-commerce to the innovation of commercial banks' financial services. The financial service innovation described in this paper is mainly focused on the new gold produced by the development of telecommunications and network communication technology at the level of technological innovation. Integrated service model and transaction mode.
On the basis of clarified relevant concepts and theories, this paper makes a brief analysis of the domestic and foreign development status of mobile e-commerce and mobile financial services at home and abroad. After determining the relationship between the two, this paper puts forward specific and feasible mobile e-commerce in the financial services of commercial banks in the specific national conditions of China. In the end, the paper analyzes and summarizes the obstacles and problems facing the development of commercial bank financial services in mobile e-commerce.
