齊魯銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)及提升對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)過三十年的發(fā)展,我國(guó)中小商業(yè)銀行從無到有、從小到大,正在逐步向現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)變,已成為我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的重要組成部分。然而,由于中小商業(yè)銀行的先天不足,如內(nèi)控制度薄弱、創(chuàng)新能力不足等;伴隨著我國(guó)大型商業(yè)銀行改革不斷推進(jìn),外資商業(yè)銀行隨著我國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)的開放也逐步進(jìn)入國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng),這些因素使得中小商業(yè)銀行面臨嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)。在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中,培育和提升中小商業(yè)銀行的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,成為中小商業(yè)銀行重要發(fā)展目標(biāo)之一。本文以齊魯銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力作為研究對(duì)象,首先明確其現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,進(jìn)一步借鑒核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)理論及學(xué)者的研究成果,遴選盈利性、安全性、流動(dòng)性、創(chuàng)新能力、可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力五大類二級(jí)指標(biāo),共同構(gòu)建齊魯銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;結(jié)合專家評(píng)分結(jié)果,利用層次分析法確定各指標(biāo)權(quán)重;通過對(duì)各指標(biāo)的量化分析,構(gòu)建齊魯銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),明確了其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的發(fā)展水平。通過研究,本文主要得到以下的相關(guān)結(jié)論。第一,近年來齊魯銀行保持了良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),經(jīng)營(yíng)額度、營(yíng)業(yè)規(guī)模、人員素質(zhì)得到顯著提升,,形成了較完整的內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu),物理網(wǎng)點(diǎn)分布較為廣泛,具備了一定的品牌知名度。但也存在一定的問題,如盈利性受到經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模的限制,不良貸款導(dǎo)致安全狀況不盡人意,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分散能力仍有待于進(jìn)一步提升,產(chǎn)品種類單一且結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,缺乏創(chuàng)新的先進(jìn)技術(shù)與人才儲(chǔ)備等。第二,從總體核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)分來看,齊魯銀行自2008年以來齊魯銀行的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力保持了較好地增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì),但在2011年核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升增速出現(xiàn)了一定的下滑,主要是由于“票據(jù)案”導(dǎo)致?傮w來看,齊魯銀行近年來核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力還是取得了較為顯著的提升,具備了較強(qiáng)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。第三,從各項(xiàng)二級(jí)指標(biāo)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力來看,盈利性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、安全處于相對(duì)較高水平,但受到“票據(jù)案”影響較大,在2011年出現(xiàn)了較大幅度的下滑;流動(dòng)性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、可持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力處于中游水平,對(duì)整體核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力起到一定的支撐作用,保持了較好地增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì);創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是齊魯銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的“短板”,雖然近年來保持了較好的提升態(tài)勢(shì),但仍是制約其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的最主要因素。第四,針對(duì)目前制約中小商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的因素,結(jié)合實(shí)證分析的結(jié)果,進(jìn)一步提出了提升齊魯銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的對(duì)策,包括充分把握山東省銀行市場(chǎng)以提升盈利規(guī)模,建立有效風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理機(jī)制提高自身安全性,優(yōu)化存貸結(jié)構(gòu)全面提高銀行資產(chǎn)流動(dòng)性,提高素質(zhì)、拓展業(yè)務(wù)以提升創(chuàng)新能力,科學(xué)定位、控制規(guī)模以實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)性發(fā)展等。
[Abstract]:After 30 years of development, the small and medium commercial banks in our country are gradually changing to modern commercial banks, which have become an important part of our country's commercial banks.However, due to the inherent deficiencies of small and medium-sized commercial banks, such as weak internal control system, insufficient innovation ability, and so on, with the development of the reform of large commercial banks in China,With the opening of China's financial market, foreign commercial banks have gradually entered the domestic market, these factors make small and medium-sized commercial banks face a severe test.In the fierce competitive environment, to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized commercial banks has become one of the important development goals of small and medium-sized commercial banks.This article regards Qilu Bank's core competence as the research object, first of all, clear its present situation and existing problems, and further draw lessons from the relevant theories of core competitiveness and scholars' research results, select profitability, security, liquidity, innovation ability.The evaluation index system of Qilu bank's core competence is constructed by five categories of secondary indexes of sustainable development ability. The weight of each index is determined by AHP combined with the result of expert evaluation. Through the quantitative analysis of each index,The evaluation model of Qilu Bank's core competence is constructed, and the development level of its core competence is clarified.Through the research, this article mainly obtains the following related conclusions.First, Qilu Bank has maintained a good development trend in recent years. Its business quota, business scale, and personnel quality have been significantly improved, forming a relatively complete internal organizational structure and a relatively wide distribution of physical sites.With a certain brand awareness.However, there are still some problems, such as profitability is limited by the scale of operation, bad loans lead to unsatisfactory security situation, the ability of risk dispersion still needs to be further improved, the product category is single and the structure is unreasonable.Lack of innovative advanced technology and talent reserves.Second, judging from the overall core competitiveness score, Qilu Bank's core competitiveness has maintained a good growth trend since 2008, but in 2011, the core competitiveness growth rate has declined to a certain extent.This is mainly due to the bill case.Generally speaking, Qilu Bank has made a significant improvement of its core competence in recent years.Third, from the core competitiveness of the secondary indicators, profitability competitiveness, safety is relatively high level, but by the "bill case" is more affected, in 2011 there was a large decline; liquidity competitiveness,The sustainable competitiveness is in the middle reaches, which plays a certain supporting role in the overall core competitiveness, and maintains a good growth trend; the innovative competitiveness is the "short board" of the core competitiveness of Qilu Bank.Although it has maintained a good promotion trend in recent years, it is still the most important factor restricting the improvement of its core competence.Fourth, aiming at the factors that restrict the promotion of core competence of small and medium-sized commercial banks, combined with the results of empirical analysis, this paper further puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the core competitiveness of Qilu Bank.Including fully grasping the banking market in Shandong Province to enhance profit scale, establishing effective risk management mechanism to improve their own security, optimizing deposit and loan structure, comprehensively improving bank assets liquidity, improving quality, expanding business to enhance innovation ability.Scientific positioning, control of the scale to achieve sustainable development and so on.
