【摘要】：對1985~2008年東亞的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的分析、研究表明:東亞地區(qū)吸引外商直接投資能夠帶來技術(shù)進(jìn)步。大多數(shù)東亞國家(地區(qū))吸引的外商直接投資是通過直接效應(yīng)而較少通過間接效應(yīng)來促進(jìn)本國的技術(shù)進(jìn)步,東亞需要加強(qiáng)自身的研發(fā)能力和技術(shù)吸收能力。我國需要制定合理的措施,如改變傳統(tǒng)的招商方式,注重引資質(zhì)量,加強(qiáng)自主創(chuàng)新能力以及合理把握外資的流向,更好的發(fā)揮外資對我國技術(shù)進(jìn)步的作用。
[Abstract]:An analysis of the relevant data of East Asia from 1985 to 2008, The research shows that attracting foreign direct investment in East Asia can bring about technological progress. Most East Asian countries attract foreign direct investment through direct effect and less through indirect effect to promote their own technological progress. East Asia needs to strengthen its own R & D capacity and technology absorption capacity. China needs to formulate reasonable measures, such as changing the traditional ways of attracting investment, paying attention to the quality of foreign investment, strengthening the ability of independent innovation, and reasonably grasping the direction of foreign investment. Better play the role of foreign investment in China's technological progress.
