德盛期貨公司經(jīng)營(yíng)模式優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:相較國(guó)外期貨公司在經(jīng)過170多年的歷史才逐漸形成了自己專業(yè)化、特色化的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,我國(guó)期貨公司要想形成自己的專業(yè)化、特色化的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,,唯有走創(chuàng)新發(fā)展之路。 首先,本文介紹了期貨公司經(jīng)營(yíng)模式優(yōu)化研究的背景,闡述了本文研究的理論意義和實(shí)際意義,回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于期貨公司經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的相關(guān)研究,并提出了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究思路。其次,以德盛期貨公司為研究對(duì)象,從公司法人治理、業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)、業(yè)務(wù)拓展、營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局、人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)、公司技術(shù)研發(fā)以及經(jīng)營(yíng)文化等八個(gè)方面研究德盛期貨公司的發(fā)展過程以及德盛期貨公司經(jīng)營(yíng)模式現(xiàn)狀和存在的主要問題,并對(duì)存在問題的產(chǎn)生原因進(jìn)行了一一剖析。接下來從宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境兩方面對(duì)德盛期貨公司的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了綜合分析,再?gòu)氖袌?chǎng)占有率、客戶數(shù)量及結(jié)構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)品種結(jié)構(gòu)、公司財(cái)務(wù)狀況、公司服務(wù)水平以及人力資源管理等六個(gè)方面對(duì)德盛期貨公司的內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用SWOT分析了公司的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅。然后,結(jié)合公司的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)提出了多種戰(zhàn)略組合方案,最終對(duì)戰(zhàn)略方案進(jìn)行選擇,并對(duì)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施中可能遇到的困難和戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的措施提出了建議。 根據(jù)研究分析結(jié)果,本文為德盛期貨公司在當(dāng)前復(fù)雜的環(huán)境中充分發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)勢(shì),不斷彌補(bǔ)自己的劣勢(shì),為公司的不斷成長(zhǎng)制定出科學(xué)適用的規(guī)模擴(kuò)張、業(yè)務(wù)多元化的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式優(yōu)化實(shí)施方案,未來10年分三階段有序?qū)嵤,可以確保德盛期貨公司由目前業(yè)內(nèi)中下游行列進(jìn)入前列地位。
[Abstract]:Compared with foreign futures companies, after 170 years of history, they have gradually formed their own specialized, characteristic management mode. If China's futures companies want to form their own specialized and characteristic management mode, they can only take the road of innovation and development. First of all, this paper introduces the background of the research on the optimization of futures company business model, expounds the theoretical and practical significance of this study, and reviews the related research on the futures company business model at home and abroad. Secondly, taking Desheng Futures Company as the research object, from corporate governance, business management, business expansion, business network layout, talent team building, company organizational structure, the paper puts forward the research contents and ideas of this paper. This paper studies the development process of Desheng Futures Company and the present situation and main problems of its business model in eight aspects, such as technology research and development and management culture. Then the external environment of Desheng Futures Company is comprehensively analyzed from the macro environment and the industry environment, and then from the market share, the number of customers and the structure, This paper analyzes and studies the internal environment of Desheng Futures Company from six aspects, such as business variety structure, company financial situation, company service level and human resource management. On this basis, the author uses SWOT to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the company. Opportunities and threats. Then, combined with the company's strategic objectives to put forward a variety of strategic portfolio, and finally to the strategic options to choose, and the possible difficulties encountered in the implementation of the strategy and the implementation of the measures proposed. According to the results of research and analysis, this paper provides a scientific and applicable scale expansion for Dexing Futures Company to give full play to its advantages in the current complex environment, to constantly make up for its own weaknesses, and to develop a scientific and applicable scale expansion for the company's continuous growth. Business diversification of the business model optimization implementation plan, the next 10 years in three stages of orderly implementation, can ensure that the Dexing Futures Company from the current middle and downstream ranks of the industry into the forefront of the position.
