【摘要】：正針對當(dāng)前我國融資融券業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的瓶頸制約,引入轉(zhuǎn)融通機制克服信用交易局限性,將極大地推動信用交易市場發(fā)展今年8月份,中國證監(jiān)會發(fā)布《轉(zhuǎn)融通業(yè)務(wù)監(jiān)督管理試行辦法(草案)》,標志著我國資本市場金融創(chuàng)新步伐進一步加快,信用交易機制進一步完善。從本質(zhì)上講,轉(zhuǎn)融通業(yè)務(wù)是融
[Abstract]:In view of the bottleneck of the development of margin trading in China, the introduction of the mechanism to overcome the limitations of credit transactions will greatly promote the development of the credit trading market in August this year. China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued the "trial measures on Supervision and Management of Convergence Business (draft)", which indicates that the pace of financial innovation in China's capital market has been further accelerated, and the credit trading mechanism has been further improved.
