【摘要】：2009年7月，胡錦濤總書記在云南考察時指出：把云南建成通往東南亞、南亞和湄公河區(qū)域開放的“橋頭堡”。本人認為，貫徹落實總書記的重要指示，把云南建成我國向西南開放的橋頭堡，必須高度重視云南省金融服務(wù)能力的提升問題。 云南向西南開放的“橋頭堡”建設(shè)經(jīng)歷了三年的艱苦歷程，“橋頭堡”建設(shè)的重中之中是基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，3年來各地州（市）、縣都已經(jīng)鋪開了基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的攤子，，但是目前面臨著嚴峻的形勢，其中：融資難問題是制約“橋頭堡”建設(shè)的重要屏障。在云南的金融服務(wù)體系建設(shè)中，中小金融機構(gòu)發(fā)展嚴重滯后是制約云南金融服務(wù)向廣度和深度發(fā)展的重要因素。因此研究和分析云南中小金融機構(gòu)的發(fā)展路徑，對力保云南向西南開放的“橋頭堡”建設(shè)，全面推進云南經(jīng)濟又好又快發(fā)展具有重要的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文通過對中小金融機構(gòu)的界定；基礎(chǔ)理論的分析和梳理；國外中小金融機構(gòu)發(fā)展狀況的比較分析；總結(jié)國外中小金融機構(gòu)發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗；揭示我國中小金融機構(gòu)發(fā)展的基本狀況、存在的主要和基本成因；剖析云南面向西南開放的“橋頭堡”建設(shè)給云南中小金融機構(gòu)發(fā)展帶來的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)；提出云南中小金融機構(gòu)發(fā)展的路徑選擇及其配套措施。
[Abstract]:On July 2009, general secretary Hu Jintao in Yunnan study pointed out: to build Yunnan to Southeast Asia, South Asia and the Mekong region "bridgehead". In my opinion, implement the important instructions of the general secretary, in China Yunnan built a bridgehead to open to the southwest, we must attach great importance to enhance the financial service ability in Yunnan province.
Yunnan to the southwest open "bridgehead" construction has experienced a hard course of three years, "bridgehead" construction is important infrastructure construction, 3 years in each prefecture (city), county has rolled out infrastructure stall, but currently facing a grim situation, the financing problem is: an important barrier to restrict the construction of "bridgehead". In the construction of financial service system in Yunnan, the development of small and medium-sized financial institutions lag is an important factor restricting Yunnan financial services to the breadth and depth of development. So the research and analysis of the development path of Yunnan small and medium-sized financial institutions, to keep Yunnan southwest open "bridgehead" construction, comprehensive it has important theoretical value and practical significance of Yunnan economic development.
Through the definition of the small and medium-sized financial institutions; analyze and sort out the basic theory; comparative analysis of the development status of foreign small and medium-sized financial institutions; the summary of successful experiences of foreign development of small and medium-sized financial institutions; the basic situation reveals the development of small and medium-sized financial institutions of our country, the main and basic causes; opportunities and challenges of Yunnan for the opening of the southwest "bring to the development of Yunnan bridgehead construction of small and medium financial institutions; put forward path selection and supporting measures for the development of Yunnan small and medium-sized financial institutions.
