【摘要】：文章對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化的相關(guān)概念和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述,圍繞實(shí)施資本項(xiàng)目下自由兌換的必備條件,對(duì)我國(guó)目前實(shí)施人民幣資本項(xiàng)目下自由兌換的不足展開分析并證明其在現(xiàn)階段并不可行。只有先認(rèn)識(shí)到有哪些不足,從實(shí)際出發(fā),仔細(xì)斟酌潛在利益及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的取舍,避弊趨益,才能在既要穩(wěn)定又要發(fā)展的原則下實(shí)現(xiàn)人民幣在資本項(xiàng)目下自由兌換。
[Abstract]:This paper describes the relevant concepts and development status of RMB internationalization, and focuses on the necessary conditions for the implementation of free convertibility under the capital account. This paper analyzes the deficiency of the RMB convertibility under the RMB capital account and proves that it is not feasible at the present stage. Only by carefully considering the potential benefits and risks, and avoiding the disadvantages, can the RMB be freely convertible under the capital account under the principle of both stability and development.

【正文快照】： 一、人民幣國(guó)際化的發(fā)展概況一國(guó)的貨幣施行貨幣國(guó)際化分為三個(gè)階段:一是不可兌換;二是經(jīng)常項(xiàng)目下可兌換;三是資本項(xiàng)目可兌換,即在資本與金融交易項(xiàng)目下均可自由兌換。自由兌換就是取消匯兌限制,簡(jiǎn)單地說(shuō)就是可以自由兌換外幣,且不受數(shù)量限制。各國(guó)均以國(guó)際貨幣基金組織協(xié)定
