【摘要】：沈陽JMZZ公司的主營業(yè)務(wù)是生產(chǎn)精密鑄造產(chǎn)品。精密鑄造業(yè)是制造業(yè)的基礎(chǔ),是國家重要的基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè)。經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,我國的精密鑄造業(yè)已經(jīng)取得巨大的進步,但和發(fā)達國家相比依然有明顯的差距。要縮小差距,提高我國精密鑄造業(yè)的整體水平,企業(yè)就要有良好的頂層設(shè)計和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。沈陽JMZZ公司是國內(nèi)精鑄行業(yè)的典型代表,具有顯著的行業(yè)特征,本文研究對象是該公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,研究目的是為了解決阻礙該企業(yè)發(fā)展的各種問題,選擇適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略措施,使企業(yè)在市場競爭中獲得比較優(yōu)勢和比較利益,促進企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文從企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略基本理論出發(fā),對沈陽JMZZ公司目前的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題進行了深入地梳理和分析,運用戰(zhàn)略分析工具,對公司發(fā)展面臨的優(yōu)勢和劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn)進行了深入的研究,依據(jù)分析結(jié)果,結(jié)合沈陽JMZZ公司愿景和發(fā)展目標,確定了該企業(yè)的總體戰(zhàn)略、競爭戰(zhàn)略和職能戰(zhàn)略,并制定了戰(zhàn)略實施的保障措施,以保證戰(zhàn)略的實際執(zhí)行效果。本論文的研究從實際的商業(yè)環(huán)境出發(fā),在企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題上作了積極的探索,對提升沈陽JMZZ公司的核心競爭力與團隊建設(shè)能力具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,也為精鑄行業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇提供一些新的思路。
[Abstract]:Shenyang JMZZ Company's main business is the production of precision casting products. Precision foundry industry is the foundation of manufacturing industry and an important foundational industry of our country. After years of development, China's precision foundry industry has made great progress, but compared with developed countries, there is still a clear gap. In order to narrow the gap and improve the overall level of precision foundry industry in China, enterprises should have a good top-level design and development strategy. Shenyang JMZZ Company is a typical representative of the domestic investment casting industry, which has remarkable industry characteristics. The research object of this paper is the development strategy of the company. The purpose of the research is to solve the various problems that hinder the development of the enterprise. In order to make the enterprises gain comparative advantage and comparative benefit in the market competition and promote the sustainable development of enterprises, we should choose the strategic measures suitable for the development of enterprises. Based on the basic theory of enterprise development strategy, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of Shenyang JMZZ Company, and applies strategic analysis tools to analyze the advantages and disadvantages faced by the company in its development. On the basis of the analysis results, combined with the vision and development goal of Shenyang JMZZ Company, the overall strategy, competition strategy and function strategy of the enterprise are determined, and the guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategy are made. To ensure the actual implementation of the strategy. The research of this paper is based on the actual business environment, and makes a positive exploration on the strategic issues of enterprise development, which has certain guiding significance to enhance the core competitiveness and team building ability of Shenyang JMZZ Company. Also for the investment casting industry development strategy choice to provide some new ideas.
