【摘要】：過去20多年來,"一帶一路"沿線國家一直是我國國際能源合作的主戰(zhàn)場,在對外投資中形成了比較好的基礎,能源合作在"一帶一路"建設中擁有先發(fā)優(yōu)勢。展望未來,"一帶一路"沿線各國能源資源豐富,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展互補性強,合作潛力和空間巨大,能源合作依然大有可為。但也要看到"一帶一路"能源合作中存在著地緣政治、政策變動、價格波動、依法合規(guī)等風險,我國能源企業(yè)的國際化能力也亟待提升。需要繼續(xù)保持并充分利用先發(fā)優(yōu)勢,發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)示范作用,企業(yè)要積極適應新變化,政府要推進"五通"策略,不斷深化國際能源合作,打造能源絲綢之路和能源區(qū)域命運共同體。
[Abstract]:In the past 20 years, the countries along "Belt and Road" have been the main battlefield of China's international energy cooperation, which has formed a good foundation in overseas investment, and energy cooperation has the advantage of first development in the construction of "Belt and Road". Looking forward to the future, the countries along the "Belt and Road" route are rich in energy resources, highly complementary to each other in economic development, and have huge potential and space for cooperation. However, there are some risks in Belt and Road's energy cooperation, such as geopolitics, policy change, price fluctuation, compliance according to law, etc. We need to continue to maintain and make full use of the first-mover advantage and play a leading and exemplary role, enterprises should actively adapt to the new changes, and the government should promote the "five links" strategy and continuously deepen international energy cooperation. Build energy silk road and energy regional destiny community.
