【摘要】：由于受?chē)?guó)內(nèi)原材料供給不足、紙和紙制品出口量與國(guó)內(nèi)需求量增加、貿(mào)易政策和匯率等因素的影響,我國(guó)紙漿貿(mào)易出現(xiàn)巨額的貿(mào)易逆差。隨著市場(chǎng)需求量的不斷擴(kuò)大,貿(mào)易逆差不斷擴(kuò)大。貿(mào)易逆差的出現(xiàn)會(huì)耗費(fèi)大量外匯,增加外匯的價(jià)格,同時(shí)國(guó)內(nèi)大量進(jìn)口紙漿,也會(huì)對(duì)本國(guó)的造紙業(yè)帶來(lái)威脅,影響我國(guó)造紙產(chǎn)業(yè)及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的安全。針對(duì)這種情況,要提高我國(guó)造紙行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,推進(jìn)林紙一體化,發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)。
[Abstract]:Due to the shortage of domestic raw materials, the increase of export volume and domestic demand of paper and paper products, the trade policy and exchange rate, there is a huge trade deficit in pulp trade in China. With the continuous expansion of market demand, the trade deficit continues to expand. The appearance of trade deficit will consume a large amount of foreign exchange and increase the price of foreign exchange. At the same time, a large number of domestic pulp imports will also threaten the domestic paper industry and affect the safety of China's paper industry and related industries. In view of this situation, we should improve the competitiveness of China's paper industry, promote the integration of forest and paper, and develop circular economy.
