中國制造業(yè)OFDI逆向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)與影響因素的研究

【摘要】:本文理論研究部分對對外直接投資逆向技術(shù)溢出理論進行了回顧,同時結(jié)合我國制造業(yè)對外直接投資發(fā)展的實際情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)對外直接投資獲取技術(shù)逆向溢出效應(yīng)是提高制造業(yè)技術(shù)水平的重要途徑。同時分析了逆向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)對制造業(yè)技術(shù)進步的機制,并分析了影響逆向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的重要因素及其相關(guān)機理,以期改進其影響因素,進一步提升逆向技術(shù)溢出對技術(shù)進步的作用。實證研究部分中,從柯布-道格拉斯函數(shù)出發(fā),在借鑒LP模型的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)可得性進行了改進,利用我國1990-2015年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),計算了國內(nèi)研發(fā)、對外直接投資、引進外商投資三條路徑對于我國制造業(yè)技術(shù)進步的影響,從而確定逆向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的發(fā)展程度,為影響因素研究奠定現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)。接下來,本文從母國、東道國、傳播渠道三個方面出發(fā),提出了五個影響因素,并將其作為自變量,與制造業(yè)對外直接投資研發(fā)資本存量構(gòu)造模型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)通過對外直接投資獲取的研發(fā)存量可以促進制造業(yè)技術(shù)進步,但并不顯著,且中國制造業(yè)研發(fā)資本、中國對外開放程度、中國制造業(yè)產(chǎn)出水平、東道國技術(shù)開發(fā)存量、中國人力資本均與制造業(yè)對外直接投資獲取的逆向技術(shù)溢出存量呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān),且影響顯著。而中國人力資本則在統(tǒng)計上不顯著,表明該因素對ODI過程中的逆向技術(shù)溢出影響不明顯。最后從東道國層面、技術(shù)傳遞渠道層面、母國吸收能力層面提出了相關(guān)建議。企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)對東道國進行調(diào)研,采用多種方式獲取技術(shù),提升自身技術(shù)吸收能力和人力資本存量,政府應(yīng)當(dāng)加大產(chǎn)業(yè)集群效應(yīng),完善中介等相關(guān)服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè),同時制定與國際接軌的企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),加強國內(nèi)對研發(fā)活動的支持力度,為走出去企業(yè)建立服務(wù)平臺。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the theory of reverse technology spillover of foreign direct investment (FDI), and combines with the actual situation of the development of foreign direct investment (FDI) in manufacturing industry in China. It is found that the reverse spillover effect of foreign direct investment (FDI) is an important way to improve the technological level of manufacturing industry. At the same time, this paper analyzes the mechanism of reverse technology spillover effect on the technological progress of manufacturing industry, and analyzes the important factors affecting reverse technology spillover effect and its related mechanism in order to improve the influencing factors. Further enhance the effect of reverse technology spillover on technological progress. In the part of empirical research, based on Cobb-Douglas function and the reference of LP model, the paper improves the availability of data and calculates domestic R & D and foreign direct investment by using the relevant data of China from 1990 to 2015. The influence of three ways of introducing foreign investment on the technological progress of China's manufacturing industry, thus determining the development degree of reverse technology spillover effect, and laying a realistic foundation for the study of influencing factors. Then, this paper puts forward five influencing factors from three aspects of home country, host country and communication channel, and takes them as independent variables, and constructs the model of R & D capital stock of manufacturing foreign direct investment. The research found that the R & D stock obtained through OFDI can promote the technological progress of manufacturing industry, but it is not significant. Moreover, the R & D capital of Chinese manufacturing industry, the degree of China's opening to the outside world, the level of manufacturing output in China, and the technological development stock of host country, There is a positive correlation between human capital and the stock of reverse technology spillover from manufacturing FDI, and the impact is significant. However, Chinese human capital is not statistically significant, which indicates that the influence of this factor on reverse technology spillover in ODI process is not obvious. Finally, from the host country level, the technology transfer channel level, the home country absorptive capacity level proposed the related proposal. Enterprises should investigate and investigate the host countries, acquire technology in various ways, enhance their technological absorption capacity and human capital stock, and the government should increase the effect of industrial clusters and perfect related service industries, such as intermediaries, etc. At the same time, we should set up the enterprise standards in line with international standards, strengthen the domestic support for R & D activities, and establish a service platform for the enterprises going out.
