【摘要】:正商用物流車品類多、種類雜,以單位電量補(bǔ)貼簡單、高效,單位電量補(bǔ)貼力度與純電動(dòng)乘用車基本相當(dāng)。不同分段補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給出了一個(gè)明確導(dǎo)向:鼓勵(lì)小型專用車,利好城市物流車輛,特別是輕型物流車。新政采取分段補(bǔ)貼對純電動(dòng)商用物流車市場的影響業(yè)內(nèi)人士普遍認(rèn)為,2017年將是新的起點(diǎn),也是純電動(dòng)商用物流車市場真正的發(fā)展元年。新規(guī)、新政的重要性不言而喻。商用物流車品類多、種類雜,以單位電量補(bǔ)貼簡單、高效,單位電量補(bǔ)貼力度與純電動(dòng)乘用車基本相當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:There are many kinds of commercial logistics vehicles, which are simple and efficient to subsidize per unit electric quantity, and the subsidy intensity of unit electricity quantity is basically equivalent to that of pure electric passenger car.Different sublevel subsidy standards give a clear direction: to encourage small special purpose vehicles, to promote urban logistics vehicles, especially light logistics vehicles.The impact of the New deal on the Pure Electric Commercial Logistics vehicle Market the year 2017 will be a new starting point and the first year of the real development of the pure electric commercial logistics vehicle market.The importance of the new policy is self-evident.There are many kinds of commercial logistics vehicles, which are simple and efficient to subsidize per unit electric quantity, and the subsidy intensity of unit electricity quantity is basically equivalent to that of pure electric passenger car.
