【摘要】：發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)室是一個(gè)非常復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)性工程,專業(yè)性非常強(qiáng),前期規(guī)劃難度非常大,并且發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)室項(xiàng)目的資金投入是很大的,前期的決策和規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的影響是很大的。因此,做好前期的決策規(guī)劃、范圍界定,對(duì)于此類項(xiàng)目的意義十分重大。本文中CSVW公司的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)中心項(xiàng)目為一個(gè)新建項(xiàng)目,在項(xiàng)目的前期進(jìn)行了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略分析后,我們按照項(xiàng)目范圍管理的理論和工作流程,進(jìn)行了項(xiàng)目的需求分析識(shí)別、項(xiàng)目構(gòu)思,并應(yīng)用了層次分析法進(jìn)行最終的項(xiàng)目選擇;在項(xiàng)目范圍規(guī)劃和定義階段,運(yùn)用了 SMART原則確定項(xiàng)目目標(biāo),以此制定了項(xiàng)目范圍說明書,并使用了 WBS工具對(duì)項(xiàng)目工作進(jìn)行分解;在項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程中,我們運(yùn)用了偏差分析工具,進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和成本的控制。本文的研究目的就在于通過對(duì)新建一個(gè)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)中心項(xiàng)目過程中的項(xiàng)目范圍管理理論的具體應(yīng)用,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)可以推廣的一些項(xiàng)目范圍管理的理論和方法以及分析評(píng)估手段,更好地應(yīng)用于此類項(xiàng)目中,由此將更好地為企業(yè)節(jié)省投資,提高項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量,也為以后此類項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)提供了參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The engine laboratory is a very complex and systematic project. It is very professional, very difficult to plan in the early stage, and the capital investment of the engine laboratory project is very large.The early-stage decision-making and planning design have great influence on the whole project.Therefore, it is of great significance for such projects to make a good decision-making plan and define the scope.In this paper, the engine test center project of CSVW Company is a new project. After the enterprise strategy analysis is carried out in the early stage of the project, according to the theory and workflow of project scope management, we have carried out the requirement analysis and identification of the project.In the stage of project scope planning and definition, the SMART principle is used to determine the project objective, and the project scope statement is worked out.The WBS tool is used to decompose the project work and the deviation analysis tool is used to control the progress and cost of the project.The purpose of this paper is to find out some theories and methods of project scope management and analysis and evaluation methods which can be popularized through the application of the project scope management theory in the process of building a new engine test center.The better application in this kind of project will save investment and improve the quality of the project. It will also provide a reference for the construction of this kind of project in the future.
