基于產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的植保無人機產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈研究

【摘要】:隨著我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的快速發(fā)展,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)對植保機械的安全性、高效性、精準(zhǔn)性有了更高的要求,近幾年興起的植保無人機,受到農(nóng)村市場的廣泛關(guān)注。植保無人機為農(nóng)業(yè)病蟲害防治工作的順利實施和國家糧食安全提供了保障,是我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重要組成部分。在市場需求的驅(qū)動下,我國植保無人機產(chǎn)業(yè)逐步發(fā)展壯大,但是由于處于產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期的萌芽階段,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展缺乏全盤布局,植保無人機產(chǎn)業(yè)并沒有形成一條完備的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結(jié)構(gòu),產(chǎn)業(yè)整體競爭實力仍然比較薄弱,這些問題成為阻礙植保無人機產(chǎn)業(yè)進步的絆腳石。為了全面增強植保無人機產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)的繁榮發(fā)展,本文以產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論為基礎(chǔ),探究影響我國植保無人機產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈競爭優(yōu)勢的因素,從而明確產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對策的重點。首先針對植保無人機這一特定產(chǎn)業(yè),對波特產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力分析模型—鉆石模型進行改進,提出了影響產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力發(fā)展的7大因素。通過對7大因素的總體分析和專家打分,總結(jié)得出“相關(guān)及支持性產(chǎn)業(yè)”這一因素存在的問題最為突出,是影響植保無人機產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢發(fā)揮的主要問題。然后本文以“相關(guān)及支持性產(chǎn)業(yè)”這一因素為切入點,以產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論為指導(dǎo),構(gòu)建了植保無人機的全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,總結(jié)出了全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的特征。并利用層次分析法和專家打分法對植保無人機產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)的重要度進行分析,識別出產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中重要性最大的兩個關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)——植保無人機研發(fā)產(chǎn)業(yè)和運營服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè),同時這兩個環(huán)節(jié)也是植保無人機產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的進步對于推動產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展具有重要意義。通過進一步研究影響產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)展的重要因素,為核心產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展找到正確的發(fā)展方向,同時有利于發(fā)揮核心產(chǎn)業(yè)的帶動作用,實現(xiàn)植保無人機產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級。最后根據(jù)研究的結(jié)論,本文著重從政府、企業(yè)兩個層面提出建議與措施。政府是促進產(chǎn)業(yè)成長的最大外部動力,應(yīng)該積極發(fā)揮其引導(dǎo)、激勵、服務(wù)和規(guī)范四個方面的作用,保障產(chǎn)業(yè)的持續(xù)健康成長。同時需要重點關(guān)注植保無人機研發(fā)產(chǎn)業(yè)和運營服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的戰(zhàn)略地位,以市場需求為導(dǎo)向,做大做強植保無人機研發(fā)企業(yè)和運營服務(wù)企業(yè),最終實現(xiàn)整個產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈競爭優(yōu)勢的可持續(xù)增長。本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的角度逐步深入到產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的研究,基于研究結(jié)論提出具體建議與措施,這對于我國植保無人機產(chǎn)業(yè)的成長是十分有意義的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of agricultural modernization in China, agricultural production has higher requirements for the safety, efficiency and accuracy of plant protection machinery. Plant protection drones provide guarantee for the smooth implementation of agricultural diseases and insect pests control and national food security, and are an important part of agricultural modernization construction in China. Driven by market demand, plant protection drones provide a guarantee for the smooth implementation of agricultural diseases and insect pests and national food security. The plant protection UAV industry in our country is developing gradually, but because it is in the embryonic stage of the industry life cycle and the industrial development lacks the overall layout, the plant protection UAV industry has not formed a complete industrial chain structure. The overall competitive strength of the industry is still relatively weak. These problems have become a stumbling block to the progress of the plant protection UAV industry. In order to comprehensively enhance the competitive advantage of the plant protection UAV industry and realize the prosperity and development of the industry, Based on the theory of industrial competitiveness and industrial chain, this paper explores the factors that affect the competitive advantage of the industrial chain of plant protection UAV in China, so as to make clear the key points of the countermeasures for industrial development. Firstly, aiming at the specific industry of plant protection UAV, This paper improves Porter's model of industrial competitiveness, diamond model, and puts forward seven factors that influence the development of industrial competitiveness. It is concluded that the most outstanding problems in the factors of "related and supportive industries" are the main problems that affect the competitive advantage of UAV industry. Then, this paper takes the "related and supportive industries" as the breakthrough point. Under the guidance of industry chain theory, the whole industry chain of plant protection UAV is constructed, and the characteristics of the whole industry chain are summarized. Identify the two most important key links in the industrial chain-the plant protection UAV R & D industry and the operational service industry. At the same time, these two links are also the weak links in the plant protection UAV industry chain. The progress of key links is of great significance for promoting the coordinated development of all links in the industrial chain. By further studying the important factors affecting the development of key links in the industrial chain, we can find the correct development direction for the development of the core industries. At the same time, it is beneficial to give play to the leading role of the core industry and to realize the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of the plant protection UAV. Finally, according to the conclusion of the research, this paper focuses on the government, The government is the biggest external motive force to promote the industrial growth, it should give full play to its guiding, encouraging, serving and standardizing functions. At the same time, we need to focus on the strategic position of the plant protection UAV R & D industry and the operational service industry in the industrial chain. We should take the market demand as the guide and expand and strengthen the plant protection UAV R & D enterprises and operational service enterprises. Finally, the sustainable growth of the competitive advantage of the whole industrial chain is realized. From the angle of industrial competitiveness, this paper gradually goes deep into the research of the key links of the industrial chain, and puts forward specific suggestions and measures based on the conclusions of the research. This is of great significance to the growth of plant protection UAV industry in China.
