【摘要】:21世紀(jì)的時(shí)代特征之一是人才的競爭,人力資本是最重要的資本。一個(gè)企業(yè)的競爭力往往依賴其知識(shí)型員工的素質(zhì)和能力。企業(yè)想在激烈的市場競爭中立于不敗之地,必須懂得管理和激勵(lì)知識(shí)型員工,使得人盡其才,才盡其用。而在當(dāng)前人力資源自由流動(dòng)、人才爭奪戰(zhàn)愈演愈烈的形勢下,只有科學(xué)有效的人力資源激勵(lì)機(jī)制,才能吸引和留住真正的人才,并最大限度地發(fā)揮員工的積極性和創(chuàng)造性。因此,建立有效的激勵(lì)機(jī)制是一個(gè)企業(yè)成敗的關(guān)鍵。目前企業(yè)內(nèi)部的激勵(lì)方式很大一部分主要體現(xiàn)在物質(zhì)利益方面,企業(yè)缺乏一套理論完整、體系完善的人員激勵(lì)機(jī)制。本研究從國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制文獻(xiàn)展開閱讀研究,參閱且研究了 4種類型的基本激勵(lì)理論,并在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合激勵(lì)理論界定了激勵(lì)機(jī)制的內(nèi)涵;其次,本文以XY醫(yī)療器械有限公司(以下簡稱X公司)為例,分析了 X公司激勵(lì)機(jī)制現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,在分析現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,文章提出了完善X公司激勵(lì)機(jī)制的6條對(duì)策,包括:構(gòu)建合理的經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵(lì)體系;構(gòu)建完善的非經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵(lì)體系;以人為本,對(duì)員工進(jìn)行差別化激勵(lì),建立科學(xué)的績效評(píng)估體系;建設(shè)積極向上的企業(yè)文化;加強(qiáng)引導(dǎo)、注重員工自身的自我激勵(lì)。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, one of the characteristics of the era is talent competition, human capital is the most important capital. The competitiveness of an enterprise often depends on the quality and ability of its knowledge workers. We must know how to manage and motivate knowledge workers so that we can use them to the best of our ability. In the current situation of free flow of human resources and increasingly fierce competition for talents, there is only a scientific and effective human resources incentive mechanism. To attract and retain real talent and maximize employee motivation and creativity. Establishing an effective incentive mechanism is the key to the success or failure of an enterprise. Based on the literature of incentive mechanism at home and abroad, this study studies four types of basic incentive theory, and defines the connotation of incentive mechanism in combination with incentive theory. Secondly, taking XY Medical Devices Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as X Company) as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of X Company's incentive mechanism. On the basis of analyzing the present situation, the article puts forward six countermeasures to perfect X Company's incentive mechanism. Including: to build a reasonable economic incentive system; to build a sound non-economic incentive system; people-oriented, differentiated incentives to employees, to establish a scientific performance evaluation system; to build a positive corporate culture; to strengthen guidance, Pay attention to the self-motivation of employees.
