【摘要】：從風險理論視角出發(fā),對我國銅資源供給風險概念內(nèi)涵及管理過程中的風險識別和風險分析過程進行研究。通過風險識別建立我國銅資源供給風險清單,并通過風險分析建立銅資源供給風險矩陣,描述我國銅資源供給風險情況。根據(jù)風險矩陣,2013年我國銅資源供給風險較高,主要原因是其在經(jīng)濟中的重要性較高。此外,資源供給國的社會發(fā)展情況和環(huán)境規(guī)制情況也對我國銅資源供給產(chǎn)生較大的影響,而政治和經(jīng)濟環(huán)境導致的風險相對較低。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of risk theory, this paper studies the concept of copper resource supply risk in China and the process of risk identification and risk analysis in the process of management. Through risk identification, the risk list of copper resource supply in China is established. The risk matrix of copper resource supply is established through risk analysis to describe the situation of copper resource supply risk in China. According to the risk matrix, in 2013, the risk of copper resource supply in China is relatively high. The main reason is that it is of great importance in the economy. In addition, the social development and environmental regulation of resource supplying countries also have a great impact on the supply of copper resources in China. The risks from the political and economic environment are relatively low.
