【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化、一體化進程的推進,信息行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展以及社會電氣化程度的提高,能源行業(yè)不僅面臨著電力體制改革的影響,更面臨新形勢、新任務的挑戰(zhàn)。如何快速響應市場環(huán)境變化的集約型、一體化管理模式轉變,提高企業(yè)自身的核心競爭力,成為企業(yè)管理的重點。能源企業(yè)加強營銷管理也變得日趨重要,亟待利用信息化管理技術促進能源銷售服務水平的提高和規(guī)范營銷管理服務模式。建設營銷自動化系統(tǒng)顯得尤為重要,在新的電力體制下將被賦予關鍵任務。新疆天富集團有限責任公司是一家以電力、熱力生產(chǎn)及天然氣銷售為主體,發(fā)、供、調(diào)一體化的綜合性能源企業(yè)。公司為了建立起對電、熱、氣市場真實、準確、及時的反應和預測機制,向客戶提供便捷的服務,充分掌握現(xiàn)有客戶的實際需求,精確挖掘出潛在的客戶群體,為新疆天富營銷提供科學、可靠的依據(jù),并有效地提升企業(yè)的社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益,建立在以現(xiàn)代信息化技術和通信技術為基礎的營銷自動化系統(tǒng)便應運而生;跔I銷自動化系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和要求,本文通過采用信息技術整合現(xiàn)有電熱氣營銷人、財、物和信息資源,實現(xiàn)電、熱、氣一體化的客戶服務平臺,達到規(guī)范營銷業(yè)務、便捷高效服務、高度共享信息、在線實時監(jiān)督、全面決策分析的效果。使營銷管理由粗放式向集約化、精細化管理模式轉變,全面提高營銷管理的質量和效率。采用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+綜合能源服務,提供綜合能源核心服務和增值服務,呈現(xiàn)新的綜合能源消費模式發(fā)展前景,實現(xiàn)天富營銷基礎管理水平整體跨越式提升。
