【摘要】：目前全球經濟市場的發(fā)展呈共享化、多元化趨勢,食品供應鏈管理進入空前發(fā)展階段。供應鏈管理的發(fā)展前景勢頭良好,新型的發(fā)展理念被越來越多的人認可,并且傳播范圍廣泛,眾多企業(yè)都在進行深入研究。當今時代經濟市場中的競爭方式多樣化,但歸于實質就是供應鏈之間的效益對比。一個公司想要取得一定的利潤,就必須從公司內部結構開始增強自身競爭力,內部供應工作做到位;公司的發(fā)展必須與時俱進,結合時代特征與經濟市場特點來制定管理方法;通過設備升級等措施降低成本,減少庫存量,從交通運輸上來節(jié)省一定成本。一個公司處于經濟市場中,就必須做到利用有效的資源來開拓業(yè)務,不斷增強自身綜合競爭力,堅持合作共贏,與其他企業(yè)資源共享的同時相互競爭,共同進步。一個管理模式的發(fā)展都是從零開始的,環(huán)環(huán)相扣。本文將以食品供應鏈管理的基層為起始點,以章丘東方冷庫超市為立足點來由淺入深的講解關于食品供應鏈管理的發(fā)展方式,首先我們對目前經濟市場的情況進行了調研,其次結合供應鏈的理論知識來分析目前章丘零售業(yè)食品供應鏈的整體狀況,以及整個食品供應鏈管理以后的發(fā)展趨勢以及發(fā)展方向,同時希望同行企業(yè)在升級設備和創(chuàng)新技術的同時,可以從本文供應鏈管理優(yōu)化方案中得到借鑒,找到有效增強企業(yè)持久發(fā)展的途徑。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of the global economic market shows a trend of sharing, diversification, food supply chain management has entered an unprecedented stage of development. Supply chain management development momentum is good, the new concept of development has been recognized by more and more people. And a wide range of dissemination, many enterprises are conducting in-depth research. The economic market in the current era of competition in a variety of ways. But the essence is the benefit contrast between the supply chain. If a company wants to make a certain profit, it must start from the internal structure of the company to enhance its own competitiveness, the internal supply work done in place; The development of the company must keep pace with the times, combined with the characteristics of the times and the economic market to formulate management methods; Through equipment upgrading and other measures to reduce costs, reduce inventory, from transportation to save certain costs. A company in the economic market, we must use effective resources to develop business. Constantly enhance their comprehensive competitiveness, adhere to win-win cooperation, and other enterprises share resources at the same time to compete with each other, common progress. A management model development is from scratch. This article will take the basic level of food supply chain management as the starting point, take the Zhangqiu Oriental cold store supermarket as the foothold to explain the development mode of the food supply chain management from the shallow to the depth. First of all, we investigated the current economic market situation, and then combined with the theoretical knowledge of the supply chain to analyze the overall situation of the current Zhangqiu retail food supply chain. And the whole food supply chain management after the development trend and development direction, at the same time, we hope that the peer enterprises in upgrading equipment and innovative technology at the same time, can be used for reference from this article supply chain management optimization program. To find an effective way to enhance the sustainable development of enterprises.
