基于精益思想的A公司定制產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在工業(yè)機(jī)器人領(lǐng)域,自動(dòng)化設(shè)備的定制程度非常高,只有在設(shè)計(jì)前期深入調(diào)研客戶的需求,圍繞實(shí)際工作狀況的要求,才能研發(fā)出成功的產(chǎn)品。定制產(chǎn)品研發(fā)質(zhì)量和效率的高低已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)核心競爭力的體現(xiàn)。如何優(yōu)化這類產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)流程,縮短研發(fā)周期,是企業(yè)提升研發(fā)水平過程中必須解決的問題。當(dāng)前中國存在著大量的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備供應(yīng)商,多數(shù)是一些中小規(guī)模的民營公司,這類公司的研發(fā)能力亟待提高。本文以A公司為研究對(duì)象,以精益思想為理論指導(dǎo),深入分析A公司定制產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程,發(fā)現(xiàn)流程中存在的三大問題:產(chǎn)品研發(fā)效率低、研發(fā)知識(shí)信息散亂和研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管控弱。然后提出針對(duì)性的解決方案,包括將產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程由傳統(tǒng)的門徑管理流程(SGS)變更為集成產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程(IPD);導(dǎo)入PLM產(chǎn)品生命周期管理軟件,使產(chǎn)品研發(fā)信息通過軟件呈現(xiàn),提高工作效率;引入項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)制,由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)定制產(chǎn)品研發(fā)全過程管理。在本文的最后,通過實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證,優(yōu)化后的流程對(duì)提升研發(fā)效率具有積極意義,本文的研究成果可以作為同類中小企業(yè)研發(fā)流程優(yōu)化改造的借鑒。但沒有完美的流程,不同的企業(yè)有不同的特點(diǎn),希望本文能為同類企業(yè)研發(fā)流程優(yōu)化提供一種思路。
[Abstract]:In the field of industrial robots, automation equipment customization degree is very high, only the demand at the early stage of the design research of customers, around the actual working condition requirements, in order to develop a successful product development. The quality and efficiency of product level has become the core competitiveness of enterprises. How to optimize the product development process, shorten the development cycle, is to solve business problems in the process of upgrading the level of research and development. The current China there is a large supplier of automation equipment, most of which are small and medium-sized private companies, the company's R & D capacity needs to be improved. This paper takes the A company as the research object, with lean thinking as the theoretical guidance, in-depth analysis of research and development process of A company customization the product, found three major problems existing in the process of product development: low efficiency, R & D and R & D project management knowledge and information scattered weak. Then put forward the needle The solutions, including the product development process from the traditional way of management process (SGS) changed to integrated product development process (IPD); import PLM product lifecycle management software, make the product development information through the software, improve work efficiency; the introduction of project management, the project manager is responsible for the development of customized products the process of management. In the end, the practice shows that the optimized process is of positive significance to improve the efficiency of research and development, the research results of this paper can be used as optimization and development process of small and medium-sized enterprises of similar reference. But there is no perfect process, different enterprises have different characteristics, this thesis hopes to provide a way for the optimization research the process of similar enterprises.
