【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)汽車(chē)需求量的逐年攀升,對(duì)汽車(chē)零部件的需求量也隨之增長(zhǎng),如今作為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)重要支柱的制造產(chǎn)業(yè),在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和后金融時(shí)代的背景下競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈發(fā)激烈。如果庫(kù)存恰當(dāng)可以起到提升公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和增加優(yōu)勢(shì),如果庫(kù)存量過(guò)高會(huì)增加公司的庫(kù)存成本和增加劣勢(shì)。因此對(duì)庫(kù)存管理流程、庫(kù)存數(shù)量的合適選擇等庫(kù)存管理的優(yōu)化,從而達(dá)到降低企業(yè)成本和提升企業(yè)利潤(rùn)的目的,成為不少處于困境中的制造企業(yè)扭轉(zhuǎn)局面的一個(gè)期望。通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)和探討相關(guān)的庫(kù)存管理理論和制造企業(yè)的相關(guān)特征,本文從汽車(chē)零部件制造企業(yè)S公司著手,結(jié)合制造企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況和相關(guān)的理論知識(shí),構(gòu)思并提出了針對(duì)S公司的原材料庫(kù)存管理優(yōu)化措施,以期能對(duì)我國(guó)的類(lèi)似制造企業(yè)起到借鑒作用。第一章首先介紹了本文的研究背景、意義和內(nèi)容,其次闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)原材料庫(kù)存管理研究現(xiàn)狀,提出了本文可能存在的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章是本文的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),庫(kù)存管理理論、庫(kù)存控制理論以及原材料庫(kù)存管理的方法。第三章是以國(guó)內(nèi)汽車(chē)零部件制造企業(yè)S公司為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)該公司的業(yè)務(wù)情況作了簡(jiǎn)單介紹,以相關(guān)的庫(kù)存管理理論為指導(dǎo),剖析了S公司原材料庫(kù)存管理中存在的問(wèn)題。第四章是論文的重點(diǎn)章節(jié),在明確優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了一套原材料指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系,并利用層次分析法來(lái)確定各個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法來(lái)計(jì)算出單個(gè)原材料的綜合得分,以此為據(jù)對(duì)其進(jìn)行ABC分類(lèi),確定不同的庫(kù)存管理策略。第五章對(duì)優(yōu)化前后做了對(duì)比,對(duì)優(yōu)化后做了預(yù)期,優(yōu)化效果明顯。最后一章是結(jié)論,包括本文研究結(jié)論、不足以及對(duì)未來(lái)研究的展望。本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)S公司原材料庫(kù)存管理進(jìn)行探討和分析,并針對(duì)性的提出優(yōu)化庫(kù)存管理措施和提高原材料庫(kù)存管理水平,從而提升起制造企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力以及利潤(rùn)水平。
[Abstract]:With China's automobile demand is rising year by year, the demand for auto parts is increased, as manufacturing industry an important pillar of China's economy, the competition in the background of global economic integration and the financial times under the increasingly fierce. If appropriate inventory can play to enhance the company's core competitiveness and increase the advantage, if the inventory too high will increase the company's inventory cost and increase the disadvantages. So the inventory management processes, optimize inventory management inventory selection, which can reduce the enterprise cost and improve enterprise profit, become a lot of expectations in a manufacturing enterprise in trouble to reverse the situation. Through the study and discussion of relevant features related to inventory the theory and management of manufacturing enterprises, the manufacturing enterprises from the S auto parts company started, combined with the actual situation of manufacturing enterprises and the related theory of knowledge The idea of knowledge, and puts forward the S company's raw materials inventory management optimization measures, in order to similar manufacturing enterprises of our country to learn to play the role. The first chapter introduces the research background, significance and content, secondly elaborated the domestic and foreign research status of raw materials inventory management, put forward the possible the point of innovation. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this paper, theory of inventory management, inventory control theory and method of raw materials inventory management. The third chapter is the domestic auto parts manufacturing enterprises by S company as the research object, on the business situation of the company gave a brief introduction to the related inventory management theory, analysis the raw materials inventory management in S company. The fourth chapter is the key chapter of this paper, clear based on the optimized target to construct a set of evaluation index system of raw materials, and using the analytic hierarchy Analysis method to determine the weight of each index and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the comprehensive scores of individual raw materials, according to the ABC classification, to determine the different inventory management strategy. The fifth chapter made a comparison of before and after optimization, the optimized as expected, the optimization effect is obvious. The last chapter is the conclusion in this paper, including the research conclusions, shortcomings and prospects for future research. This paper aims to explore and analyze the raw material inventory management of S company, and puts forward the measures to improve and optimize the inventory management of raw materials inventory management level, the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises and improving the profit level.
