【摘要】：以環(huán)渤海16個(gè)城市的臨港石化產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,采用修正的EG指數(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)間協(xié)同集聚指數(shù)對(duì)其2003年和2013年的集聚程度進(jìn)行測(cè)算,利用空間計(jì)量模型測(cè)度其集聚效益,最后通過(guò)對(duì)比集聚類(lèi)型、集聚程度和集聚效益對(duì)環(huán)渤海地區(qū)臨港石化產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚水平進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)定。主要得出以下結(jié)論:1根據(jù)EG指數(shù)取值的正負(fù)與企業(yè)的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)水平,將集聚分為地理空間的"區(qū)域集聚"和市場(chǎng)空間的"規(guī)模集聚"。2003和2013年環(huán)渤海地區(qū)臨港石化產(chǎn)業(yè)以"區(qū)域集聚"類(lèi)型為主。2 2003年和2013年環(huán)渤海地區(qū)臨港石化產(chǎn)業(yè)均為低度集聚,除了一些城市的集聚程度和產(chǎn)業(yè)間協(xié)同集聚程度得到提高外,大部分城市都有所降低。3經(jīng)過(guò)10 a的發(fā)展,環(huán)渤海地區(qū)臨港石化產(chǎn)業(yè)的空間相關(guān)性加強(qiáng),集聚效益有所提高,但集聚對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率不存在穩(wěn)定的正向空間影響。4環(huán)渤海地區(qū)臨港石化子產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平由高到低依次為石油加工、煉焦與核燃料加工業(yè),橡膠和塑料制品業(yè),化學(xué)纖維制造業(yè),醫(yī)藥制造業(yè),化學(xué)原料和化學(xué)制品制造業(yè)。
[Abstract]:To ring the port petrochemical industry in 16 Bohai city as the research object, by using the EG index and the industrial agglomeration index modified synergies between the agglomeration degree of the 2003 and 2013 were estimated, using spatial econometric model to measure the efficiency of agglomeration, by comparing the agglomeration type, the degree of agglomeration and agglomeration benefit to evaluate the agglomeration level of the port ring the petrochemical industry in Bohai region. The main conclusion as following: 1 according to the level of scale economy and enterprise value of positive and negative EG index, will be divided into geographical space agglomeration "agglomeration" and "market space scale cluster".2003 and 2013 area of annulus Bohai port petrochemical industry with "agglomeration" type.2 and 2003 in 2013 the area of annulus Bohai port petrochemical industry cluster were low, in addition to some of the city's industrial agglomeration and co agglomeration between the improved degree, most of the city are The decrease of.3 after 10 A, strengthen the spatial correlation of ring port petrochemical industry in Bohai area, the agglomeration efficiency improved, but the industry agglomeration on labor productivity has a positive impact on the stability of the.4 space ring port Petrochemical sub industrial agglomeration in Bohai level from high to low according to the times of petroleum processing, coking and nuclear fuel processing. Rubber and plastic products industry, chemical fiber manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing.
