【摘要】:石油化工企業(yè)生產(chǎn)工藝流程復(fù)雜、安全事故隱患繁多且分布廣泛,日常巡檢和半自動(dòng)化報(bào)警已經(jīng)無法滿足生產(chǎn)安全需求。如何充分利用先進(jìn)的建模與仿真技術(shù)來加強(qiáng)生產(chǎn)安全管控已經(jīng)成為石化領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。以往研究大多從工藝生產(chǎn)出發(fā),結(jié)合對(duì)象生產(chǎn)安全特點(diǎn)建立仿真模型,但這些模型普遍存在復(fù)用性和擴(kuò)展性差的問題,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致仿真場(chǎng)景配置局限、仿真軟件開發(fā)維護(hù)困難以及仿真系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用集成能力差,難以滿足工程應(yīng)用的需求。本文結(jié)合石油化工工藝生產(chǎn)和安全事故發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),采取面向?qū)ο蟮慕Ec仿真思路,開展對(duì)石化生產(chǎn)安全建模與仿真領(lǐng)域問題的研究,并開發(fā)生產(chǎn)安全仿真系統(tǒng)。首先,在總結(jié)石化生產(chǎn)安全仿真功能需求的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種面向石化生產(chǎn)安全的建模方法,通過對(duì)設(shè)備生產(chǎn)安全屬性和行為的抽取,建立設(shè)備單元生產(chǎn)安全仿真模型并以此構(gòu)建工藝流程生產(chǎn)安全系統(tǒng)模型。然后,從生產(chǎn)過程模擬仿真、工藝流程內(nèi)在事故仿真、典型危險(xiǎn)事故演變與擴(kuò)散仿真、綜合應(yīng)急仿真等方面論述了生產(chǎn)安全場(chǎng)景配置的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。此外,基于系統(tǒng)集成應(yīng)用實(shí)踐的討論,從數(shù)據(jù)接口定義、仿真調(diào)用機(jī)制以及交互界面設(shè)計(jì)三個(gè)方面來闡述了仿真系統(tǒng)與演練過程控制系統(tǒng)集成應(yīng)用的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。最后,基于文中提出的建模與仿真方法,本文實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)芳烴分離裝置儲(chǔ)運(yùn)流程系統(tǒng)的仿真應(yīng)用案例,搭建了工藝流程生產(chǎn)安全系統(tǒng)仿真模型,并通過多場(chǎng)景仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了模型的可復(fù)用性和可擴(kuò)展性以及仿真場(chǎng)景的可配置性。然后,討論了仿真系統(tǒng)的集成應(yīng)用能力,開發(fā)了仿真應(yīng)急演練集成軟件平臺(tái),詳細(xì)闡述了平臺(tái)功能設(shè)計(jì),提供了一種高效率、低成本、多場(chǎng)景的仿真演練方式,可以有效地為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全應(yīng)急提供決策指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The production process of petrochemical enterprises is complex, the hidden dangers of safety accidents are various and widely distributed. Daily inspection and semi-automatic alarm can not meet the requirements of production safety. How to make full use of advanced modeling and simulation technology to strengthen production safety control has become a research hotspot in petrochemical field. Process production. Combined with the characteristics of object production safety, simulation models are established, but the problems of poor reusability and scalability are common in these models, which lead to the limitation of simulation scene configuration. The simulation software is difficult to develop and maintain, and the integration ability of simulation system is poor, so it is difficult to meet the requirements of engineering application. This paper combines the characteristics of petrochemical process production and safety accident development. Taking the idea of object-oriented modeling and simulation, the research of petrochemical production safety modeling and simulation field is carried out, and the production safety simulation system is developed. On the basis of summarizing the functional requirements of petrochemical production safety simulation, a modeling method for petrochemical production safety is proposed, which extracts the production safety attributes and behaviors of equipment. The production safety simulation model of equipment unit is established and the production safety system model of process flow is constructed. Then, the simulation of process flow internal accident, the evolution and diffusion of typical dangerous accident are simulated from production process simulation. The implementation process of production safety scenario configuration is discussed from the aspects of integrated emergency simulation. In addition, based on the discussion of system integration application practice, the definition of data interface is given. Simulation call mechanism and interactive interface design are three aspects to illustrate the implementation of integrated application of simulation system and exercise process control system. Finally, based on the modeling and simulation method proposed in this paper. In this paper, a simulation application case of the storage and transportation process system of aromatic hydrocarbon separation unit is implemented, and the simulation model of the production safety system of the process flow is set up. The reusability and expansibility of the model and the configuration of the simulation scene are proved by multi-scene simulation experiments. Then, the integrated application capability of the simulation system is discussed. The integrated software platform of simulation emergency drill is developed, and the function design of the platform is described in detail, which provides a high efficiency, low cost, multi-scene simulation exercise mode. It can effectively provide decision guidance for site safety emergency.
