【摘要】：建設(shè)工程是百年大計,它是城市的重要組成部分。建筑業(yè)與人類社會生活息息相關(guān),它為人們營造了一個和諧和安寧的精神家園成為我們必不可少的一部分。建設(shè)工程的質(zhì)量關(guān)系到人們的人身財產(chǎn)安全,重要工程的質(zhì)量甚至對社會政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)活動產(chǎn)生巨大影響。建筑行業(yè)包括的范圍廣,行業(yè)的企業(yè)集中度不高,行業(yè)的企業(yè)數(shù)量眾多。新時期我國建筑業(yè)在蓬勃發(fā)展的同時,也出現(xiàn)諸多令人擔(dān)憂的問題,如工程事故的屢次發(fā)生,出現(xiàn)有增無減的勢頭。部分建筑工程仍然存在設(shè)計質(zhì)量不高、質(zhì)量意識薄弱、野蠻施工、質(zhì)量監(jiān)管不到位等不良現(xiàn)象,給后期的使用埋下了安全隱患,特別是一些建設(shè)工程安全事故一旦發(fā)生將給人們的生命財產(chǎn)和國家利益造成難以估量的損失。本文依次對建筑工程和建筑工程技術(shù)人員作簡要概述、建筑工程技術(shù)人員職業(yè)道德內(nèi)涵及其特點分析,結(jié)合建筑業(yè)工程技術(shù)人員職業(yè)道德規(guī)范,設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷到建筑企業(yè)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,概述了我國建筑工程技術(shù)人員職業(yè)道德現(xiàn)狀。通過本文研究,筆者進(jìn)一步分析造成職業(yè)道德缺失的成因。希望我國建筑工程技術(shù)人員職業(yè)道德建設(shè)環(huán)境能得到進(jìn)一步的凈化,建筑工程技術(shù)人員自身能正確地厘清工程事故與職業(yè)道德之間的關(guān)系,并針對性地提出相應(yīng)職業(yè)道德建設(shè)路徑措施,達(dá)到真正提高建筑工程技術(shù)人員職業(yè)道德水平和職業(yè)思想道德修養(yǎng)的目的,使他們能更好地?fù)?dān)負(fù)起時代賦予的社會責(zé)任,為人類社會做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Construction is crucial, it is an important part of the city. The construction industry is closely related to the social life of human beings, it is for people to create a harmonious and peaceful spiritual home to become a part of our essential. Construction quality is related to people's personal and property safety, the quality of the projects or even important to social politics, produce the huge impact of economic activity. The range of the construction industry wide, industry concentration is not high, a large number of enterprises in the industry. With the rapid development of China's construction industry in the new period, there are many worrying problems, such as engineering accidents occur frequently and appear ever-increasing momentum. Some building projects still exist the design quality is not high, quality consciousness is weak, barbaric construction, quality supervision is not in place and other undesirable phenomena, for later use buried a security risk, especially in construction industry Process safety accident will cause incalculable losses to people's lives and property and the interests of the state. This paper makes a brief introduction of building engineering and engineering and technical personnel, analysis of construction engineering and technical personnel occupation moral connotation and characteristics, combined with construction engineering and technical personnel occupation ethics, statistical analysis of questionnaires to construction enterprises overview of China's construction, engineering and technical personnel occupation moral situation. Through this research, the author further analyzes the causes of occupation moral failings. I hope technology of our country architectural engineering staff occupation moral construction environment can be further purified, construction engineering and technical personnel can correctly to clarify the relationship between engineering accidents and occupation morals, and the paper puts forward the corresponding measures of occupation moral construction path, to really improve the construction engineering and technical personnel occupation The purpose of moral level and professional ideological and moral cultivation makes them more able to shoulder the social responsibility endowed by the times and make greater contributions to the human society.
