【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和對(duì)外開放程度的提高,中國(guó)參與全球化進(jìn)程逐步加深,特別是近年來(lái),在國(guó)際視野下布局“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略和國(guó)際產(chǎn)能合作兩大國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,為中國(guó)企業(yè)海外投資提供了更多的機(jī)會(huì)。海外投資項(xiàng)目需要大量的資金,成本較高、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大,因此,能否有效的解決海外項(xiàng)目的資金問題將顯得非常關(guān)鍵。目前我國(guó)對(duì)外投資依然以政府投資和銀行貸款作為主要的資金來(lái)源,很難滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的國(guó)際融資項(xiàng)目的資金需求。而且,目前我國(guó)對(duì)外進(jìn)行投融資項(xiàng)目面臨著投資主體單一,融資模式較少,融資結(jié)構(gòu)失衡等一系列問題,嚴(yán)重阻礙了中國(guó)企業(yè)走出去的步伐。本文首先對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目融資的研究進(jìn)行了回顧,闡述了項(xiàng)目融資的相關(guān)理論,然后以A公司厄瓜多爾銅礦項(xiàng)目為例,對(duì)其項(xiàng)目融資問題進(jìn)行深入研究,采用實(shí)際調(diào)研以及定量分析的方式,深入剖析A公司厄瓜多爾項(xiàng)目目前面臨的情況,找出該項(xiàng)目在融資過程中融資結(jié)構(gòu)、融資模式、融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等方面遇到的問題,借助項(xiàng)目融資相關(guān)理論,對(duì)出現(xiàn)問題的逐條原因進(jìn)行分析,并作出解決問題的建議,并希望通過對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的研究,為我國(guó)海外項(xiàng)目融資活動(dòng)提供參考。
[Abstract]:China with the level of economic development and the increasing openness of Chinese, involved in the process of globalization gradually deepened, especially in recent years, the layout of "international perspective The Belt and Road" strategy and international capacity cooperation in two major national strategy, providing more opportunities for overseas investment enterprises Chinese. Overseas investment projects need a large amount of funds, high cost and greater risk. Therefore, it is very important to solve the problem of funds for overseas projects. At present, China's foreign investment still takes government investment and bank loans as the main source of funds, which is hard to meet the increasing demand for international financing projects. Moreover, at present, China's external investment and financing projects are facing a series of problems, such as single investment entity, less financing mode, and unbalanced financing structure, which seriously hamper the pace of Chinese enterprises going out. The paper reviews the current research of project financing at home and abroad were reviewed, expounds the related theory of project financing, then with A company of Ecuador copper mine project as an example, in-depth study of the project financing problem, by analyzing the actual research and quantitative way, facing the deep analysis of A project in Ecuador. The current situation, find out the encounter the project financing in the process of financing structure, financing mode, financing risk and other aspects of the problem, with the help of project financing and the related theory, the reasons of the problems are analyzed one by one, and make suggestions to solve the problem, and hope that through the study of this project, to provide reference for China's overseas project financing activities.
