【摘要】：專利是國(guó)家主管機(jī)關(guān)授予發(fā)明人的，在一段時(shí)間內(nèi)獨(dú)占實(shí)施其發(fā)明創(chuàng)造的權(quán)利。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的迅速發(fā)展與改革開(kāi)放的進(jìn)一步深入，越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)意識(shí)到保護(hù)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的重要性。很多企業(yè)都在國(guó)內(nèi)外申請(qǐng)專利來(lái)保護(hù)其知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，因此專利翻譯在企業(yè)國(guó)際化的進(jìn)程中扮演著舉足輕重的角色。本文以功能翻譯理論，尤其是弗米爾的目的論為依據(jù)，試圖將目的論運(yùn)用于專利翻譯。一方面從翻譯目的論出發(fā)，為專利翻譯制定原則，另一方面和筆者的翻譯實(shí)踐相結(jié)合，提出了一些專利翻譯的策略。 本文結(jié)合筆者在北京如文思科技信息咨詢有限公司翻譯專利的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷，詳細(xì)介紹了專利的特點(diǎn)、專利申請(qǐng)和翻譯的現(xiàn)狀，，以及報(bào)告的背景、任務(wù)過(guò)程和案例分析。在案例分析部分，根據(jù)弗米爾的目的論中的三條基本原則，即：目的原則、連貫原則和忠實(shí)原則，筆者認(rèn)為在專利翻譯的過(guò)程中，要充分考慮譯文的功能和目的，正確選擇專利翻譯中應(yīng)采取的翻譯策略。在翻譯專利摘要時(shí)，要注意定冠詞和不定冠詞的用法以及名詞單復(fù)數(shù)的用法，在翻譯專利權(quán)利要求書(shū)時(shí)，要注意權(quán)利要求書(shū)中嚴(yán)格的格式要求和一些固定表達(dá)，在翻譯專利說(shuō)明書(shū)時(shí)，要注意采用合適的翻譯策略來(lái)翻譯專利各部分的標(biāo)題、程式化句型、長(zhǎng)句和創(chuàng)新部件。筆者希望本篇報(bào)告所作的研究能夠?yàn)閷＠g研究提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The patent is granted by the national authority to the inventor, for a period of time exclusive implementation of its invention. With the rapid development of economic globalization and the further deepening of reform and opening up, more and more enterprises realize the importance of intellectual property protection. Many enterprises apply for patents at home and abroad to protect their intellectual property, so patent translation plays an important role in the process of internationalization. Based on functional translation theory, especially Vermeer's Skopos theory, this paper attempts to apply Skopos theory to patent translation. On the one hand, from the perspective of Skopos theory, the author formulates the principles for patent translation, on the other hand, combining with the author's translation practice, puts forward some strategies for patent translation. This paper introduces in detail the characteristics of patent, the current situation of patent application and translation, the background of the report, the process of task and case analysis, based on the author's practice experience in translating patents in Beijing Ruwensi Science and Technology Information Consulting Co., Ltd. In the part of case analysis, according to three basic principles of Vermeer's Skopos theory, namely Skopos principle, coherence principle and faithfulness principle, the author thinks that in the process of patent translation, we should fully consider the function and purpose of the translation. To correctly select the translation strategies to be adopted in patent translation. In the translation of patent abstracts, attention should be paid to the use of definite articles and indefinite articles, as well as the use of plural nouns. In translating patent claims, attention should be paid to strict formal requirements and certain fixed expressions in claims. In the translation of patent specifications, appropriate translation strategies should be adopted to translate the title, stylized sentence patterns, long sentences and innovative components of each part of the patent. The author hopes that the research in this paper can provide some reference for patent translation.
