【摘要】：以"985工程"高校為研究樣本,選擇其在國家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局的獨(dú)立授權(quán)專利,抽取轉(zhuǎn)讓專利的申請(qǐng)人和受讓人信息,構(gòu)建這些專利的專利權(quán)人轉(zhuǎn)讓路徑。通過對(duì)專利申請(qǐng)高校、發(fā)明者以及受讓人的關(guān)系內(nèi)容挖掘,將這些學(xué)校的專利技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移概括為直接技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓、校資產(chǎn)經(jīng)營實(shí)體運(yùn)營、校企聯(lián)合研發(fā)、地校研究院、學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)和專利經(jīng)營實(shí)體運(yùn)營6種模式�；趯�(duì)6種模式的詳細(xì)調(diào)研,結(jié)合宏觀形勢(shì)和外部創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境優(yōu)化,認(rèn)為中國大學(xué)專利技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移正呈現(xiàn)一種明顯的學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)趨向。大學(xué)和創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)者的關(guān)系處理在學(xué)者創(chuàng)業(yè)和專利技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移過程中更加重要,集中表現(xiàn)在專利成果權(quán)屬和科研評(píng)價(jià)上。
[Abstract]:Taking the "985 Project" university as the research sample, this paper selects its independent authorized patent in the State intellectual property Office, extracts the information of the applicant and the transferee of the transferred patent, and constructs the transfer path of the patentee of these patents. Through mining the relationship among patent application universities, inventors and transferees, the transfer of patent technology in these schools can be summarized as direct technology transfer, operation of assets management entities, joint research and development between schools and enterprises, and local schools and research institutes. Academic entrepreneurship and patent operating entities operating in 6 modes. Based on the detailed investigation of the six models, combined with the macro situation and the optimization of the external entrepreneurial environment, it is considered that the transfer of patent technology in Chinese universities is showing an obvious trend of academic entrepreneurship. The relationship between universities and entrepreneurial scholars is more important in the process of scholars' entrepreneurship and transfer of patent technology, which is mainly reflected in the ownership of patent achievements and the evaluation of scientific research.
