基于“北斗”的列車監(jiān)視管理系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:本文介紹了基于“北斗”的列車監(jiān)視管理系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)部分,該系統(tǒng)是集定位導(dǎo)航、數(shù)據(jù)通信、管理監(jiān)控等功能于一體的多功能平臺(tái)。由車載顯控終端、車載代理模塊、導(dǎo)航定位模塊、地面監(jiān)控和管理調(diào)試平臺(tái)四部分組成。本文重點(diǎn)論述了車載顯控終端模塊硬件部分設(shè)計(jì)方法。 目前,市場(chǎng)上的列車監(jiān)視管理系統(tǒng)主要依靠國(guó)外進(jìn)口,,價(jià)格昂貴,升級(jí)維護(hù)不方便。而國(guó)內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品較少,性能也一般。本文主要工作就是開發(fā)具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的基于“北斗”的列車監(jiān)視管理系統(tǒng)硬件部分,該系統(tǒng)不僅能夠滿足導(dǎo)航、通信、管理、監(jiān)控等基本功能,并且還要能夠適應(yīng)列車運(yùn)行環(huán)境。 經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)功能需求的分析論證,本項(xiàng)目選用ATMEL公司生產(chǎn)的AT91SAM9X35這款A(yù)RM芯片作為核心處理器。項(xiàng)目利用“北斗”系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)定位和通信,通過(guò)液晶屏將電子地圖顯示出來(lái)。系統(tǒng)具有觸摸屏,按鍵,指示燈,并且具有語(yǔ)音播報(bào)功能;同時(shí)提供豐富的對(duì)外接口,包括USB接口、Ethernet接口、I2C接口等。 本文首先對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能需求和技術(shù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行細(xì)致分析,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,確定了系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)布局和硬件電路芯片型號(hào),然后對(duì)于關(guān)鍵技術(shù)部分進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)的分析論證,主要有大容量存儲(chǔ)芯片電路、高速USB接口電路、以太網(wǎng)接口電路和音頻電路等,確定了關(guān)鍵技術(shù)解決方案,對(duì)于其它硬件功能模塊,逐一分析并詳細(xì)介紹了解決方案。最后,給出了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試過(guò)程和結(jié)果分析。 根據(jù)調(diào)試結(jié)果分析,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的功能滿足要求,測(cè)試指標(biāo)達(dá)到使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn),長(zhǎng)時(shí)間運(yùn)行測(cè)試顯示系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,狀態(tài)良好。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the hardware design of train monitoring and management system based on "Beidou". The system is a multi-functional platform with the functions of positioning and navigation, data communication, management and monitoring and so on. It consists of four parts: vehicle display and control terminal, vehicle agent module, navigation and positioning module, ground monitoring and management and debugging platform. This paper focuses on the design method of the hardware part of the vehicle display and control terminal module. At present, the train surveillance management system in the market mainly depends on foreign imports, expensive and inconvenient to upgrade and maintain. But domestic similar product is less, the performance is also general. The main work of this paper is to develop the hardware part of the "Beidou" based train monitoring management system with independent intellectual property rights. The system can not only meet the basic functions of navigation, communication, management, monitoring, etc. And must be able to adapt to train operation environment. Through the analysis and demonstration of the function requirement, this project chooses the AT91SAM9X35 chip produced by ATMEL Company as the core processor. The project uses Beidou system to locate and communicate, display electronic map through LCD screen. The system has touch screen, keystroke and indicator light, and has the function of voice broadcast. It also provides rich external interfaces, including USB interface, Ethernet interface, I2C interface and so on. In this paper, the functional requirements and technical specifications of the system are analyzed in detail, and the overall structure of the system and the model of the hardware circuit chip are determined in combination with the actual situation, and then the key technical parts are analyzed and demonstrated. The key technical solutions are determined, such as large capacity memory chip circuit, high speed USB interface circuit, Ethernet interface circuit and audio circuit. For other hardware function modules, the solution is analyzed and introduced in detail. Finally, the debugging process and result analysis of the whole system are given. According to the analysis of debugging results, the function of the whole system meets the requirements, the test index reaches the standard of use, and the long-running test shows that the system is running stably and in good condition.
