【摘要】：目前，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程加快，以專利為核心的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)貿(mào)易已成為世界貿(mào)易的重要組成部分，與貨物貿(mào)易、服務(wù)貿(mào)易共同構(gòu)成世界貿(mào)易的三大支柱，而且今年來知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)貿(mào)易已超過世界貿(mào)易的三分之一，在世界貿(mào)易中占有愈加重要的地位，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)已成為國際經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技、軍事競爭的焦點(diǎn)和有力武器。 本文通過對河北省知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的綜合分析，從歷史數(shù)據(jù)、優(yōu)劣勢對比等方面與知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展先進(jìn)省份如廣東、浙江、上海、江蘇等省份進(jìn)行了比較，進(jìn)一步對河北省限制知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展的有關(guān)因素進(jìn)行了分析，進(jìn)而指出了其發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢和潛力所在，結(jié)合實(shí)際省情，提出了促進(jìn)河北省知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略又好又快發(fā)展的意見和建議。本文對河北省知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析，并提出了有建設(shè)性的意見和建議，有情況、有分析、有建議，具有一定的借鑒性和可操作性，現(xiàn)實(shí)性意義較強(qiáng)。特別是結(jié)合河北省情，對河北省加快知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展所具有的優(yōu)勢和潛力，，以及加快發(fā)展河北省知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長起到的積極作用，都有比較詳細(xì)的描述。由于筆者理論水平所限，本文主要對河北省知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了具體思考，理論視野、思路窄了一些，理論深度不夠，還有待于進(jìn)一步研究探索。
[Abstract]:At present, with the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, intellectual property trade with patent as the core has become an important part of world trade. Together with trade in goods and services, it constitutes the three pillars of world trade. Moreover, intellectual property trade has exceeded 1/3 of world trade this year, occupying an increasingly important position in world trade. Intellectual property has become the focus and powerful weapon of international economy, science and technology, military competition. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of the development of intellectual property in Hebei Province, this paper compares it with the provinces of advanced intellectual property development such as Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu and so on from the aspects of historical data, comparison of advantages and disadvantages, etc. This paper further analyzes the factors restricting the development of intellectual property rights in Hebei Province, points out the advantages and potentials of its development, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions to promote the development of intellectual property rights strategy of Hebei Province in light of the actual situation of the province. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the development strategy of intellectual property rights in Hebei Province, and puts forward some constructive opinions and suggestions, including situation, analysis and suggestions, which have certain reference and maneuverability, and are of great practical significance. Especially in combination with the situation of Hebei Province, the advantages and potential of speeding up the development of intellectual property strategy in Hebei Province and the positive role of accelerating the development of intellectual property strategy in Hebei Province on economic growth have been described in detail. Due to the limitation of the author's theoretical level, this paper mainly thinks about the development of the intellectual property strategy in Hebei Province. The theoretical field of vision, the thinking is a little narrower, the theoretical depth is not enough, and it needs further research and exploration.
