基于預(yù)拌—增強(qiáng)技術(shù)的環(huán)保型瀝青混合料研發(fā)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)是我國(guó)一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù),,在道路工程建設(shè)中,我國(guó)《交通運(yùn)輸“十二五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃》把溫拌瀝青鋪路技術(shù)作為了公路建設(shè)節(jié)能減排示范推廣工程。但是目前國(guó)內(nèi)外溫拌技術(shù)在降低瀝青混合料生產(chǎn)施工溫度的同時(shí),也會(huì)一定程度上損壞混合料的部分路用性能,而且溫拌劑價(jià)格普遍昂貴,同時(shí)需要添加特殊的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,阻礙了其推廣應(yīng)用。 為了開(kāi)發(fā)一種擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的環(huán)保型瀝青混合料技術(shù),并實(shí)現(xiàn)溫拌瀝青混合料技術(shù)的大規(guī)模推廣應(yīng)用,本文針對(duì)軟質(zhì)瀝青預(yù)拌、巖瀝青粉末復(fù)拌加強(qiáng)的環(huán)保技術(shù)路線展開(kāi)了研究,提出預(yù)拌-增強(qiáng)技術(shù)環(huán)保型混合料的組成設(shè)計(jì)方法和制備工藝關(guān)鍵控制條件,并對(duì)環(huán)保型混合料的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益予以分析,為其推廣應(yīng)用提供指導(dǎo)和參考依據(jù)。 首先,分析現(xiàn)有溫拌技術(shù)的降粘機(jī)理和所存在的問(wèn)題,調(diào)查巖瀝青在道路工程中的應(yīng)用情況及其特點(diǎn),針對(duì)巖瀝青對(duì)基質(zhì)瀝青的改性機(jī)理展開(kāi)研究,結(jié)果表明巖瀝青可以顯著改善基質(zhì)瀝青的性能。 其次,對(duì)軟硬瀝青復(fù)合膠結(jié)料性能指標(biāo)和環(huán)保型瀝青混合料路用性能展開(kāi)研究,驗(yàn)證基于預(yù)拌-增強(qiáng)技術(shù)環(huán)保型瀝青混合料的應(yīng)用可行性。結(jié)果表明環(huán)保型混合料在顯著降低瀝青混合料拌和溫度30℃條件下,能夠達(dá)到與同類型普通熱拌瀝青混合料相同甚至更優(yōu)的路用性能。 然后,分析研究預(yù)拌-增強(qiáng)技術(shù)環(huán)保型混合料的制備工藝,包括拌和時(shí)間、拌和溫度、養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間以及添加工藝、工序等加工條件對(duì)環(huán)保型瀝青混合料性能的影響規(guī)律,總結(jié)提出預(yù)拌-增強(qiáng)技術(shù)環(huán)保型混合料的組成設(shè)計(jì)方法和制備工藝關(guān)鍵控制條件。 最后,分析預(yù)拌-增強(qiáng)技術(shù)環(huán)保型瀝青混合料的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和應(yīng)用前景,提出瀝青混合料在生產(chǎn)加熱過(guò)程中的能耗計(jì)算方法,綜合對(duì)比其他溫拌技術(shù)和普通熱拌瀝青混合料,結(jié)果表明基于預(yù)拌-增強(qiáng)技術(shù)的環(huán)保型瀝青混合料具有節(jié)能減排、性能優(yōu)良、建設(shè)成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有良好的推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society is a long-term strategic task in China. The 12th Five-Year Plan of Transportation in China takes the warm mix asphalt paving technology as the demonstration and extension project of energy saving and emission reduction in highway construction. However, at present, the domestic and foreign warm mix technology can reduce the construction temperature of asphalt mixture, but also damage some of the pavement performance of the mixture to some extent, and the price of warm mix agent is generally expensive, and special production equipment is needed at the same time. It hinders its popularization and application. In order to develop an environmentally friendly asphalt mixture technology with independent intellectual property rights, and to realize the large-scale popularization and application of warm mix asphalt mixture technology, this paper aims at soft asphalt pre-mixing. The environmental protection technical route of rock asphalt powder remixing is studied, and the composition design method and the key control conditions of the preparation technology are put forward. The social and economic benefits of environment-friendly mixture are analyzed to provide guidance and reference for its popularization and application. Firstly, the viscosity reduction mechanism and existing problems of existing warm mixing technology are analyzed, the application and characteristics of rock asphalt in road engineering are investigated, and the modification mechanism of rock asphalt to matrix asphalt is studied. The results show that rock asphalt can significantly improve the performance of base asphalt. Secondly, the performance index of soft and hard asphalt binder and the road performance of environmental protection asphalt mixture are studied to verify the feasibility of environmental friendly asphalt mixture based on ready-reinforced technology. The results show that the environmental friendly mixture can achieve the same or better road performance as the same type of common hot mix asphalt mixture under the condition of significantly reducing the mixing temperature of the asphalt mixture at 30 鈩
