【摘要】：在知識經濟背景下,知識產權能力是企業(yè)發(fā)展不可或缺的能力。從創(chuàng)造、運用、管理3個維度剖析了企業(yè)知識產權能力,探討其對企業(yè)成長的影響機制,并分析了區(qū)域知識產權保護強度在這一過程中的調節(jié)作用。通過對計算機應用上市企業(yè)數據的實證分析,發(fā)現知識產權能力可以有效促進企業(yè)成長,企業(yè)所在區(qū)域知識產權保護強度對這一影響存在顯著正向調節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Under the knowledge economy background, the intellectual property right ability is the enterprise development indispensable ability. From the three dimensions of creation, application and management, this paper analyzes the intellectual property ability of enterprises, probes into its influence mechanism on the growth of enterprises, and analyzes the regulating role of regional intellectual property protection intensity in this process. Through the empirical analysis of the data of listed enterprises in computer application, it is found that intellectual property ability can effectively promote the growth of enterprises, and the intensity of intellectual property protection in the region where the enterprises are located has a significant positive effect on this effect.
