【摘要】:隨著無線通訊技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,板對板射頻同軸連接器在無線系統(tǒng)模塊互聯(lián)中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,鑒于目前無線設(shè)備市場發(fā)展的趨勢對連接器的要求是更小、更輕、更廉價,板對板同軸連接器也向著大容差、高功率、小型化的方向發(fā)展。目前,我國板對板射頻同軸連接器的產(chǎn)品還比較少,所以研發(fā)具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的板對板同軸連接器的界面研究與設(shè)計具有重要的工程應(yīng)用價值。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1.研究了射頻同軸連接器幾種常用的阻抗不連續(xù)性補償方法,通過算例驗證了補償方法的正確性,并利用HFSS的時域功能,針對一款板對板連接器的焊盤結(jié)構(gòu)進行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計。2.在分析對比了現(xiàn)有板對板同軸連接器界面的優(yōu)缺點的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種新的板對板連接器界面,并根據(jù)該新界面設(shè)計了一款加長型SMP連接器,該連接器具有軸向容差大的優(yōu)點,其軸向容差可達1.2mm,是傳統(tǒng)SMP板對板連接器的兩倍。通過實物的加工和測試,結(jié)果表明該連接器在DC~6GHz具有良好的電氣性能,滿足設(shè)計指標。3.根據(jù)加長型SMP界面,設(shè)計了一款加長型SMP-SMA3.5轉(zhuǎn)接器,文中給出了詳細的設(shè)計過程,由于內(nèi)導(dǎo)體尺寸變換造成的臺階面和絕緣支撐引入的臺階面分別運用了錯位補償和共面補償方法,HFSS的仿真結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過補償后的連接器的駐波比(VSWR)得到明顯改善。經(jīng)過實物測試,結(jié)果表明在DC~10GHz頻率范圍內(nèi)該轉(zhuǎn)接器的駐波比(VSWR)均在1.2以內(nèi),滿足指標要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of wireless communication technology, board to board RF coaxial connectors are more and more widely used in wireless system module interconnection. In view of the current trend of wireless equipment development, the requirements for connectors are smaller, lighter and cheaper. Plate-to-board coaxial connectors are also developing towards large tolerance, high power and miniaturization. At present, there are few products of radio-frequency coaxial connectors in China, so the research and design of the interface of coaxial connectors with independent intellectual property has important engineering application value. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Several commonly used impedance discontinuity compensation methods for RF coaxial connectors are studied. The correctness of the compensation method is verified by an example. Using the time domain function of HFSS, the paper optimizes the design of the pad structure of a plate-to-plate connector. On the basis of analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing plate to plate coaxial connector interface, a new board to board connector interface is proposed, and an extended SMP connector is designed according to the new interface. The connector has the advantage of large axial tolerance, and its axial tolerance can reach 1.2 mm, which is twice as much as that of the traditional SMP board connector. Through processing and testing, the results show that the connector has good electrical performance at DCG 6GHz and meets the design index of .3. According to the extended SMP interface, an extended SMP-SMA 3.5 adapter is designed, and the detailed design process is given in this paper. The results of HFSS simulation show that the standing wave ratio (VSWR) of the connectors after compensation has been improved obviously by using the offset compensation and coplanar compensation method respectively for the step surface caused by the inner conductor dimension change and the step surface introduced by the insulation support. The results show that the standing wave ratio (VSWR) of the converter is within 1.2 in the frequency range of 10 GHz, which meets the requirements of the target.
