【摘要】：依據(jù)合作開發(fā)過程,本文將合作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分為合作前的投入不足風(fēng)險(xiǎn),合作中的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及合作后的產(chǎn)出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。分析了信任治理、契約治理與不同合作過程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的關(guān)系,設(shè)計(jì)信任與契約內(nèi)部組合治理、政府與社會外部輔助治理、內(nèi)外結(jié)合的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)治理機(jī)制,為政府或企業(yè)治理合作創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的實(shí)踐提供對策性建議。
[Abstract]:According to the process of cooperative development, this paper divides the risk of cooperation into the risk of insufficient input before cooperation, the risk of intellectual property in cooperation and the risk of output after cooperation. This paper analyzes the relationship between trust governance, contract governance and the risk of different cooperation processes, designs the internal combination governance of trust and contract, the external auxiliary governance of government and society, and the risk governance mechanism of internal and external combination. For the government or corporate governance of innovation risk practice to provide strategic advice.
