【摘要】：原始創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)獲得自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)及核心技術(shù)的重要途徑之一，是提升國家綜合國力的核心環(huán)節(jié)，是促進社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的有利保障。企業(yè)原始創(chuàng)新能力的提升，有利于企業(yè)參與國家化競爭，是我國建設以企業(yè)為核心的自主創(chuàng)新國家的關(guān)鍵。但是目前，我國企業(yè)自身的資源和能力還很難滿足原始創(chuàng)新的要求，越來越多的企業(yè)開始考慮通過產(chǎn)學研合作來獲取創(chuàng)新資源、增強創(chuàng)新能力、降低創(chuàng)新成本和創(chuàng)新風險，產(chǎn)學研合作是企業(yè)開展原始創(chuàng)新的有效形式。創(chuàng)新機制研究的是創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)各個主體、要素在企業(yè)創(chuàng)新過程中的相互作用及其作用方式，是企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新研究中的重要問題之一。國內(nèi)外學者開始關(guān)注原始創(chuàng)新機制的研究，并發(fā)表了一些重要成果，但是現(xiàn)有研究僅僅涉及原始創(chuàng)新的某一方面或某一特性的機制，對企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新機制的系統(tǒng)、完整研究還比較少。本論文從創(chuàng)新過程的視角展開對企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新機制的系統(tǒng)、深入研究，將其分為輸入機制、處理機制、輸出和反饋機制及系統(tǒng)升級機制四大子機制，并深入分析各個子機制的關(guān)鍵要素，提出了企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新機制實現(xiàn)的相關(guān)措施。 首先，企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新機制的理論框架。在對企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新基礎理論進行分析的基礎上，基于系統(tǒng)理論，構(gòu)建了企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新的過程模型，根據(jù)過程安排機制，構(gòu)架了企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新的機制模型，提出了全文研究的理論框架。 然后，企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新的選擇。輸入機制即企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新選擇，具體體現(xiàn)為合作伙伴選擇及合作模式選擇兩個關(guān)鍵要素及其相互聯(lián)系。一方面，運用結(jié)構(gòu)方程全模型以及多群組結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對企業(yè)原始創(chuàng)新中學研合作伙伴選擇的影響因素及其作用機理進行實證分析。另一方面，運用單總體演化博弈模型分析了企業(yè)對共建經(jīng)濟實體模式和技術(shù)并購模式兩種原始創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)學研合作模式的選擇問題。 其次，企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新的運行。處理機制即企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新運行，包含知識生產(chǎn)、風險管理、收益分配三個關(guān)鍵要素及其相互聯(lián)系。第一，在運用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進行實證分析的基礎上，構(gòu)建企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新中的知識生產(chǎn)機制；第二，基于可靠指標矢量及概率網(wǎng)格估算法改進FMEA方法，提出了一種風險評估方法；第三，提出了一種改進的Shapley值法收益分配方案。 再次，企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新的績效評價。輸出和反饋機制是通過原始創(chuàng)新績效的評價來實現(xiàn)的，構(gòu)建評價指標體系及評價模型是關(guān)鍵。運用平衡計分卡方法建立評價指標體系，在此基礎上，基于層析分析法構(gòu)建了評價模型。 再次，企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)演化。系統(tǒng)升級即企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)演化，具有自組織演化規(guī)律特征，序參量主宰著系統(tǒng)的演化�；谧越M織理論，分析企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的演化機制。進一步，運用哈肯模型序參量的識別方法，對系統(tǒng)演化機制進行實證分析。 最后，企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新機制的實現(xiàn)。在對系統(tǒng)機制中的各個子機制及其關(guān)鍵要素進行了深入分析的基礎上，，從輸入機制、處理機制、輸出和反饋機制以及系統(tǒng)升級機制四大子機制入手，分別提出了企業(yè)原始創(chuàng)新中學研合作伙伴選擇、合作模式選擇、知識生產(chǎn)、風險管理、收益分配、績效評價和系統(tǒng)演化實現(xiàn)的措施。 通過本文的分析和研究，明確了企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新及其機制的基本概念，構(gòu)建了企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新的過程模型，根據(jù)過程安排機制，構(gòu)建了創(chuàng)新機制模型，并進一步分析了各個子機制中的關(guān)鍵要素，提出了企業(yè)產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新機制實現(xiàn)的措施，為促進企業(yè)開展產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新，保障產(chǎn)學研合作原始創(chuàng)新過程的順利開展，企業(yè)、高校和科研機構(gòu)以及政府制定相關(guān)政策及作出決策提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:It is one of the most important ways for enterprises to acquire independent intellectual property rights and core technology . It is the key link to improve the national comprehensive national strength . It is the key to promote the development of society and economy .

First , the theoretical framework of the original innovation mechanism of enterprise ' s research and research cooperation is analyzed . Based on the analysis of the basic theory of enterprise ' s original innovation , the paper constructs the process model of the original innovation of enterprise ' s production and research cooperation based on the system theory . According to the process arrangement mechanism , the paper constructs the mechanism model of the original innovation of enterprise production and research cooperation , and puts forward the theoretical framework of the full - text research .

On the other hand , using the model of structural equation and multi - group structure equation model to analyze the influencing factors and the function mechanism of the research partner selection in the enterprise ' s original innovation middle school . On the other hand , the paper analyzes the choice of the two original innovative production and research cooperation modes of the joint economic entity model and the technology acquisition mode by using the single overall evolutionary game model .

Second , the operation of the original innovation of the enterprise ' s research and research cooperation is that the processing mechanism is the original innovation operation of the enterprise ' s production and research cooperation , including three key elements of knowledge production , risk management and income distribution and their correlation . First , on the basis of the empirical analysis using the structural equation model , the paper constructs the knowledge production mechanism in the original innovation of enterprise production and research cooperation ;
Secondly , based on the reliability index vector and probabilistic grid estimation method to improve the FMEA method , a risk assessment method is proposed .
Thirdly , an improved Shapley value method income distribution scheme is proposed .

The output and feedback mechanism is realized through the evaluation of the original innovation performance . The evaluation index system and the evaluation model are the key . The evaluation index system is set up by using the balanced scorecard method . On the basis of this , the evaluation model is constructed based on the chromatography analysis method .

Based on the self - organization theory , the evolution mechanism of the original innovation system is analyzed . Based on the self - organization theory , the evolution mechanism of the original innovation system is analyzed . Based on the self - organization theory , this paper analyzes the evolution mechanism of the original innovation system of the enterprise ' s production and research cooperation .

Finally , the implementation of the original innovation mechanism of enterprise research and research cooperation is carried out . Based on the deep analysis of each sub - mechanism and its key elements in the system mechanism , this paper starts with four sub - mechanisms of input mechanism , processing mechanism , output and feedback mechanism and system upgrade mechanism , and puts forward the measures for the selection , cooperation mode selection , knowledge production , risk management , income distribution , performance evaluation and system evolution of enterprise ' s original innovation middle school .

Through the analysis and research in this paper , the basic concepts of the original innovation and the mechanism of the enterprise ' s production and research cooperation are defined , the process model of the original innovation of the enterprise ' s production and research cooperation is constructed . According to the process arrangement mechanism , the innovation mechanism model is constructed , and the key elements in each sub - mechanism are analyzed .
