【摘要】：第二次世界大戰(zhàn)之后，世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化，跨國公司的逐漸崛起，成為戰(zhàn)后世界經(jīng)濟的主要特征之一，它們在許多國家擁有、控制、管理生產(chǎn)設(shè)施的權(quán)利。即便是到了當代，全球跨國公司的總產(chǎn)量仍占世界總產(chǎn)量的四分之一以上，在從事制造業(yè)的跨國公司中，，公司內(nèi)貿(mào)易占世界貿(mào)易量的1/3。有些大型跨國公司，例如通用汽車公司和�？松凸�，其年銷售額數(shù)以百億美元，甚至超過了一些國家的國民收入。由此可見，跨國公司的貿(mào)易、并購、融資等活動對世界經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 美國的跨國公司在全球跨國公司中處于“領(lǐng)頭羊”的位置，其經(jīng)濟上的一舉一動，都會給美國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展帶來不可低估的效應(yīng)。因此，分析美國跨國公司的經(jīng)營活動給母國帶來的經(jīng)濟影響是非常必要的。 然而，美國跨國公司的一系列經(jīng)營活動雖然為母國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展、福利保障的進步等做出不可替代的貢獻。但是，跨國公司的經(jīng)營活動也極可能為母國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展帶來一定的障礙。例如，美國跨國公司的并購活動，可能會危及到母國的經(jīng)濟安全。而最有爭議的損害就是由于美國跨國公司大規(guī)模的對外直接投資，減少了本國的就業(yè)機會。最重要的一點，也是許多美國跨國公司的核心擔憂，便是跨國公司海外經(jīng)營過程中產(chǎn)生的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛。 此外，作為世界經(jīng)濟的引擎，跨國公司是經(jīng)濟全球化的主要載體，也是科技全球化的重要驅(qū)動力量。而美國跨國公司，更是引領(lǐng)全球跨國公司發(fā)展的風向標。在21世紀的今天，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)日新月異的發(fā)展，以其為代表的信息技術(shù)強烈沖擊著世界經(jīng)濟，美國跨國公司經(jīng)歷著全球性的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整，并表現(xiàn)出非同過人的發(fā)展趨勢，這會對未來的經(jīng)濟格局產(chǎn)生深遠影響。
[Abstract]:After the second World War, the world economy has undergone earth-shaking changes, and the gradual rise of transnational corporations has become one of the main characteristics of the postwar world economy. They have the right to control, control and manage production facilities in many countries. Even in modern times, global multinationals still account for more than 1/4 of the world's total output, and intra-firm trade accounts for a third of the world's trade among manufacturing multinationals. Some large multinationals, such as General Motors and Exxon, have annual sales of tens of billions of dollars, even exceeding national income in some countries. It can be seen that the trade, merger and acquisition, financing and other activities of multinational corporations are of great significance to the sustainable development of the world economy. American multinationals are in the leading position in the global multinational corporations, and their economic actions will bring about an inestimable effect to the development of American economy. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the economic impact of American multinational corporations on their home countries. However, a series of management activities of American multinational corporations make irreplaceable contributions to the development of the home country's economy and the progress of welfare guarantee. However, the management activities of multinational companies may also bring some obstacles to the economic development of their home countries. M & A activities by US multinationals, for example, may endanger the economic security of home countries. The most controversial damage is the loss of jobs at home by massive foreign direct investment by American multinationals. Most important, and at the heart of many American multinationals, is intellectual property disputes that arise as multinationals operate abroad. In addition, as the engine of the world economy, transnational corporations are the main carrier of economic globalization and the important driving force of scientific and technological globalization. And American multinational corporation, is the wind vane that leads the development of global multinational corporation even more. In the 21st century, with the rapid development of Internet technology, the information technology, represented by it, is strongly impacting the world economy. This will have a profound impact on the future economic pattern.
