【摘要】:整車質(zhì)量管理是車輛制造企業(yè)的有機(jī)組成部分,在保證企業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,提高企業(yè)品牌形象,,贏得市場競爭等方面正發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。日益激烈的市場競爭和日趨復(fù)雜的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量需求清楚地表明,必須將信息技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)引入到企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理與控制當(dāng)中,才能真正有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化質(zhì)量管理與質(zhì)量保證。 目標(biāo)企業(yè)采用ISO9000質(zhì)量管理體系所提出的八項(xiàng)質(zhì)量管理原則作為管理理念。建立全體員工的質(zhì)量意識(shí)。從零缺陷的教育開始,統(tǒng)一理解,統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識(shí),統(tǒng)一目標(biāo),統(tǒng)一行動(dòng)原則和實(shí)施方案。通過制定全公司的質(zhì)量政策,統(tǒng)一質(zhì)量觀念,明確的質(zhì)量工作準(zhǔn)則。用質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的完成情況來考核質(zhì)量工作的績效,使員工自覺習(xí)慣地運(yùn)用到日常工作中去。并成立專門的改進(jìn)小組,確定目標(biāo),制定計(jì)劃,促進(jìn)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施,通過系統(tǒng)中統(tǒng)計(jì)的質(zhì)量報(bào)表進(jìn)行回顧評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)質(zhì)量工作中出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行及時(shí)改進(jìn),改進(jìn)的結(jié)果及時(shí)回饋到系統(tǒng)中,逐步完善公司的整車質(zhì)量管理體系。 通過對(duì)企業(yè)提出的需求進(jìn)行分析,系統(tǒng)采用了C/S結(jié)構(gòu)與B/S結(jié)構(gòu)混合模式對(duì)該模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā),使用已有的三層架構(gòu)體系,中間層采用自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的架構(gòu)系統(tǒng),支持負(fù)載均衡及應(yīng)用集群。數(shù)據(jù)傳輸采用XML為基礎(chǔ)提供靈活的通用接口方案。后臺(tái)大型關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)采用業(yè)界廣泛使用的ORACLE11G數(shù)據(jù)庫集群。 C/S部分客戶端使用Microsoft.NET C#語言進(jìn)行開發(fā),主要完成基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的維護(hù),日常業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的錄入,條碼、檢查卡等單據(jù)的打印,故障件缺陷數(shù)據(jù)、檢測(cè)設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)等質(zhì)量信息查詢,各類質(zhì)量完成情況報(bào)表、Excel/PowerPoint格式分析圖表的編制和輸出,以及使用RS232、RS485、 Modbus/TCP等通信技術(shù)與檢測(cè)線設(shè)備進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交互。 B/S部分客戶端使用基于XML的MXML語言的Adobe Flex進(jìn)行GUI界面開發(fā),主要完成各類質(zhì)量信息的查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)了Web Services,遠(yuǎn)程對(duì)象,drag and drop,列排序,多種類型圖表等功能,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了FLEX內(nèi)建動(dòng)畫效果和其它簡單互動(dòng)界面。完美的支持企業(yè)提出的跨平臺(tái)需求,能夠在采用windows,linux,android等操作系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算機(jī)、觸摸屏工控機(jī)、Pad以及手機(jī)下運(yùn)行。 經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的運(yùn)行,該系統(tǒng)能夠完成企業(yè)提出整車質(zhì)量管理業(yè)務(wù)處理,在7*24小時(shí)/1.01節(jié)拍的運(yùn)行條件下具有良好的穩(wěn)定性,提高了目標(biāo)企業(yè)整車質(zhì)量管理水平,以現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)中的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)和生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)為依托、在保障后期維護(hù)和擴(kuò)充靈活基礎(chǔ)上快速實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)用的要求。
[Abstract]:Vehicle quality management is an organic part of vehicle manufacturing enterprises, which is playing an increasingly important role in ensuring the quality of enterprise products, improving the brand image of enterprises, winning market competition and so on. The increasingly fierce market competition and the increasingly complex demand for product quality clearly indicate that it is necessary to introduce information technology and computer technology into enterprise quality management and control. Only then can the enterprise modernization quality management and quality guarantee be realized effectively. The target enterprises adopt the eight quality management principles proposed by the ISO9000 quality management system as the management concept. Establish quality awareness of all employees. Starting with zero-defect education, unifying understanding, understanding, goal, action principle and implementation plan. Through the formulation of the company's quality policy, unified quality concept, clear quality work guidelines. Evaluate the performance of the quality work with the achievement of the quality target, make the employee consciously and habitually apply to the daily work. And set up special improvement groups, set goals, make plans, promote the implementation of the system, review and evaluate the system through the statistical quality reports, and improve the problems in the quality work in a timely manner. Improve the results of timely feedback to the system, gradually improve the company's vehicle quality management system. Through the analysis of the requirements of the enterprise, the system adopts the mixed mode of C / S structure and B / S structure to design and develop the module, and uses the existing three-tier architecture system, and the middle layer adopts the independent intellectual property architecture system. Support load balancing and application cluster. Data transmission is based on XML to provide flexible general interface scheme. The background large relational database system adopts the ORACLE11G database cluster which is widely used in the industry. The client of C / S part uses Microsoft.NET C # language to develop, which mainly completes the maintenance of basic data, the input of daily business data, the printing of documents such as bar code and check card, the quality information query of fault piece defect data, inspection equipment data, etc. All kinds of quality report forms Excel / PowerPoint format analysis chart compilation and output, as well as the use of RS232, RS485, Modbus/TCP and other communication technology to test line equipment for data interaction. Part B / S client uses Adobe Flex of MXML language based on XML to develop GUI interface. It mainly accomplishes the query, statistics and analysis of all kinds of quality information, and realizes the functions of Web Services, remote object drag and dropper, column sorting, various types of charts, etc. And realized the FLEX built-in animation effect and other simple interactive interface. The perfect cross-platform support for companies can run on computers operating systems such as Windows Windows Linux android, touch-screen industrial control computers, Pad and mobile phones. After running for a period of time, the system can complete the business process of vehicle quality management proposed by the enterprise. It has good stability under the running condition of 7h / 1.01 rhythm, and improves the quality management level of the target enterprise. Based on the basic data and production data of the existing system, the requirement of rapid application is realized on the basis of ensuring the later maintenance and expansion flexibility.
